【摘要】：龍江醫(yī)派是近現(xiàn)代以來(lái),具有鮮明地域特色的中醫(yī)學(xué)術(shù)流派。在其發(fā)生發(fā)展的過(guò)程中,經(jīng)過(guò)漫長(zhǎng)的歷史變遷和地域經(jīng)濟(jì)、文化的逐漸積淀,在黑龍江特殊地理環(huán)境和寒冷氣候條件及人文環(huán)境的影響下,匯聚各民族醫(yī)藥和各地醫(yī)藥精華,形成了自己鮮明的學(xué)術(shù)特色和辨證施治的診療風(fēng)格。寒燥致病理論是以外感寒燥之邪為主,以溫潤(rùn)為治法的學(xué)術(shù)思想。是龍江醫(yī)家受古代哲學(xué)思想、古代地理氣候?qū)W的啟蒙影響,以《黃帝內(nèi)經(jīng)》為思想基礎(chǔ),以黑龍江地勢(shì)高陵、氣候寒冷干燥和居民生活習(xí)慣為依據(jù),認(rèn)識(shí)到外感寒燥之邪為主要致病因素。從季節(jié)上來(lái)說(shuō),寒燥之氣多見(jiàn)于秋、冬、春三季,而鮮見(jiàn)于短暫濕潤(rùn)夏季;從地域分布來(lái)看,黑龍江省西北部的寒燥之氣要比東南部明顯。通過(guò)查閱《龍江醫(yī)派叢書(shū)》及現(xiàn)有龍江醫(yī)家著作、醫(yī)案、醫(yī)論等相關(guān)文獻(xiàn)資料,運(yùn)用跨學(xué)科研究法、經(jīng)驗(yàn)總結(jié)法,整理分析出寒燥之邪的致病特點(diǎn)及主要病機(jī)轉(zhuǎn)化,結(jié)合以高仲山為領(lǐng)軍的龍江醫(yī)家的臨證經(jīng)驗(yàn),總結(jié)出溫潤(rùn)治療大法,并合多種方法靈活配用,為龍江居民解除病痛。通過(guò)對(duì)寒燥致病理論及治法的深入理論探討,為龍江醫(yī)派學(xué)術(shù)思想進(jìn)一步提供理論依據(jù),為黑龍江地區(qū)臨床實(shí)踐具有一定的指導(dǎo)價(jià)值。
[Abstract]:The Longjiang Medical School is a traditional Chinese medical school with distinct regional characteristics since the modern times. In the course of its development, through the long historical changes and the regional economy and the gradual accumulation of the culture, under the influence of the special geographical environment and the cold weather conditions and the human environment in Heilongjiang, the medicine and the medicine essence of various nationalities are gathered, It has formed its own distinctive academic characteristics and the diagnosis and treatment style of syndrome differentiation and treatment. The pathogenic theory of cold and dry is the main pathogen of cold and dry, which is the academic thought of the method of warming and moistening. It is the basis of the ancient philosophy of Longjiang and the enlightenment of the ancient geography and climatology, which is based on the idea of "Inner Canon of the Yellow Emperor", and based on the high Mausoleum of Heilongjiang, the cold and dry of the climate and the living habits of the residents, it is recognized that the pathogenic factors of exogenous cold and dryness are the main pathogenic factors. In the season, the cold and dryness qi is mostly found in the autumn, winter and spring, but the fresh is in the brief wet summer; from the regional distribution, the cold and dry air in the northwest of Heilongjiang province is more obvious than that in the south-east. Through the review of the relevant literature, such as the Longjiang Medical School and the existing works of the Longjiang Medical School, the medical case, the medical theory and so on, the pathogenic characteristics and the main pathogenesis transformation of the pathogenic factors of the cold and dry are analyzed by means of an interdisciplinary research method and an empirical summary method. In combination with the experience of the Longjiang medical family, which is the leader of Gao Zhongshan, this paper sums up the method of warming and moistening the treatment, and it can be used flexibly with a variety of methods to relieve the pain of the residents of the Longjiang. Through the in-depth study of the theory and method of the pathogenic theory and method of the cold, the theoretical foundation is further provided for the academic thought of the Longjiang Medical School, which has a certain guiding value for the clinical practice in the area of Heilongjiang.
