【摘要】：正非小細胞肺癌(non-small-cell lung cancer,NSCLC)的治療以手術(shù)為主,然而因患者就診時多為中晚期,僅20%~30%的患者在確診后有手術(shù)指征。以化療、放療和靶向治療為主的個體化綜合治療是晚期NSCLC的主要治療模式。但化療的不良反應(yīng)限制了其使用,特別是對于一些高齡及并發(fā)癥較多的患者,由于一般情況差,使其不能耐受正規(guī)聯(lián)合化療甚至單藥化療。對于此類因為各種原因無法耐受化療且表皮生長因子受體-酪氨酸
[Abstract]:The treatment of positive non-small cell lung cancer (non-small-cell lung cancer,NSCLC) is mainly surgery. However, only 20% of the patients have surgical indications after diagnosis because most of the patients are in the middle and late stages of treatment. Individualized comprehensive therapy based on chemotherapy, radiotherapy and targeted therapy is the main treatment mode of advanced NSCLC. However, the adverse reactions of chemotherapy limit its use, especially for some elderly patients with more complications, because of the poor general situation, they can not tolerate formal combined chemotherapy or even single drug chemotherapy. For these cases, chemotherapy is intolerable for a variety of reasons and epidermis growth factor receptor-Tyrosine is not tolerable for a variety of reasons.
