【摘要】：巴茱合劑是本課題組長(zhǎng)期臨床實(shí)踐總結(jié)的有效治療阿爾茨海默病的中藥自擬方,文章從巴茱合劑出發(fā),引申闡述中醫(yī)對(duì)阿爾茨海默病的認(rèn)識(shí)和治療上的獨(dú)特理論及實(shí)踐經(jīng)驗(yàn)。中醫(yī)認(rèn)為,阿爾茨海默病病位在腦,其基本病因病機(jī)是腎精不足為主的本虛合并痰濁瘀血阻滯脈絡(luò)的標(biāo)實(shí),治療上以補(bǔ)腎為主,通補(bǔ)兼施,豁痰開(kāi)竅,化瘀通絡(luò)。巴茱合劑的組方思路與中醫(yī)對(duì)阿爾茨海默病的觀點(diǎn)一致,并通過(guò)了藥理研究和臨床研究的有效驗(yàn)證,文章通過(guò)巴茱合劑的組方特色和治療思路總結(jié),希冀對(duì)中醫(yī)藥治療阿爾茨海默病有所啟發(fā)。
[Abstract]:Baju mixture is a self-made prescription of traditional Chinese medicine for the treatment of Alzheimer's disease, which has been summarized in our research group for a long time. Based on the mixture of Bazhuji, this paper expounds the unique theory and practical experience of traditional Chinese medicine on the treatment of Alzheimer's disease. According to traditional Chinese medicine, Alzheimer's disease is located in the brain, and its basic etiology and pathogenesis is the deficiency of kidney essence combined with phlegm turbid blood stasis and blood block. the treatment is mainly based on tonifying the kidney, removing phlegm and opening orifice, removing blood stasis and dredging collaterals. The prescription of Bazhuji mixture is consistent with the viewpoint of traditional Chinese medicine on Alzheimer's disease, and has passed the effective verification of pharmacological research and clinical research. through the summary of prescription characteristics and treatment ideas of Bazhuji mixture, this paper hopes to enlighten the treatment of Alzheimer's disease with traditional Chinese medicine.
