【摘要】：目的探討時(shí)辰穴位貼敷對(duì)肝陽(yáng)上亢高血壓病患者晨峰血壓的影響。方法將符合納入標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的高血壓病患者72例,采用隨機(jī)數(shù)字表法分為觀察組與對(duì)照組各36例,2組在接受常規(guī)降壓治療基礎(chǔ)上,對(duì)照組按常規(guī)時(shí)段(10:00)、觀察組于卯時(shí)(5:00—7:00)進(jìn)行穴位貼敷,1次/d,干預(yù)4周后觀察2組患者晨峰血壓的變化情況。結(jié)果干預(yù)后觀察組晨峰血壓、起床后2 h內(nèi)平均收縮壓均低于對(duì)照組,差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05);2組晨峰血壓正常率比較,差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.01);2組間夜間收縮壓最低值比較,差異無(wú)統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)。結(jié)論時(shí)辰穴位貼敷有助于緩解高血壓病患者晨峰血壓增高。
