【摘要】：目的：本課題通過對肩頸部推拿對甲狀腺術(shù)后疲勞綜合征患者的臨床療效觀察,了解甲狀腺術(shù)后患者的疲勞狀況及肩頸部推拿對此部分患者的臨床療效,可為促進(jìn)甲狀腺術(shù)后疲勞綜合征患者快速恢復(fù)的治療方法提供參考,進(jìn)一步形成有中醫(yī)特色的甲狀腺圍手術(shù)期快速康復(fù)方案。方法：于廣州中醫(yī)藥大學(xué)第一附屬醫(yī)院收集2015年7月-2016年3月收治的中醫(yī)診斷為癭瘤、甲狀腺術(shù)后7天內(nèi)符合西醫(yī)POFS診斷標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的患者60例,采取隨機(jī)對照方法,分為：常規(guī)治療對照組、推拿治療組。對兩組所有患者于術(shù)前1天,術(shù)后第1到4天給予疲勞評分；A組：按我科甲狀腺術(shù)后常規(guī)治療計劃、對癥處理。B組：在術(shù)后常規(guī)治療基礎(chǔ)上給予推拿治療：于術(shù)后第1-4天對患者行床邊推拿治療,每次推拿時間15分鐘。對兩組患者進(jìn)行術(shù)前1天、術(shù)后第1到4天疲勞狀態(tài)的評價及分析(測量工具包括視覺模擬量表、Chalder疲勞量表)。采用SPSS 19.0統(tǒng)計軟件對數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行處理。結(jié)果：1.兩組甲狀腺疾病患者術(shù)后第1-4天疲勞評分均高于術(shù)前,并有逐漸下降,說明甲狀腺患者術(shù)后出現(xiàn)疲勞。2.常規(guī)治療對照組患者在術(shù)后1-4天的VAS、FS-14量表疲勞評分均比推拿治療組患者同期的疲勞評分高,說明肩頸部推拿可有效減輕患者甲狀腺術(shù)后疲勞癥狀。結(jié)論：甲狀腺患者術(shù)后出現(xiàn)疲勞。肩頸部推拿可有效減輕患者疲勞癥狀。
[Abstract]:Objective: to observe the clinical effect of shoulder and neck massage on patients with fatigue syndrome after thyroid surgery, to understand the fatigue status of patients after thyroid surgery and the clinical effect of shoulder and neck massage on this part of patients, so as to provide reference for the treatment of rapid recovery of patients with fatigue syndrome after thyroid surgery, and to further form a rapid perioperative rehabilitation scheme of thyroid with characteristics of traditional Chinese medicine. Methods: from July 2015 to March 2016, 60 patients with gall tumor diagnosed as gall tumor were collected from the first affiliated Hospital of Guangzhou University of traditional Chinese Medicine. 60 patients who met the diagnostic criteria of POFS within 7 days after thyroid surgery were randomly divided into routine treatment control group and massage treatment group. All patients in the two groups were given fatigue score 1 day before operation and 1 to 4 days after operation. Group A: according to the routine treatment plan after thyroid surgery, symptomatic treatment. Group B: massage treatment on the basis of routine treatment after operation: on the 1st to 4th day after operation, the patients were treated with bedside massage for 15 minutes each time. The fatigue status of the two groups was evaluated and analyzed 1 day before operation and 1 to 4 days after operation (including visual simulation scale, Chalder fatigue scale). SPSS 19.0 statistical software was used to process the data. Results: 1. The fatigue score of thyroid disease patients in both groups was higher than that before operation on the 1st to 4th day after operation, and decreased gradually, indicating that thyroid patients had fatigue after operation. 2. The fatigue scores of VAS,FS- 14 scale in the routine treatment group were higher than those in the massage group on the 1st and 4th day after operation, which indicated that shoulder and neck massage could effectively reduce the fatigue symptoms of the patients after thyroid surgery. Conclusion: postoperative fatigue occurs in patients with thyroid gland. Shoulder and neck massage can effectively reduce the fatigue symptoms of patients.
