基于五臟調(diào)理的八段錦干預(yù)長(zhǎng)航疲勞的模式構(gòu)建

【摘要】：長(zhǎng)航人員由于特殊的工作生活環(huán)境,極易發(fā)生疲勞,發(fā)生率可達(dá)90%多,已嚴(yán)重影響了長(zhǎng)航人員的航行安全、作業(yè)能力及戰(zhàn)斗力。本研究進(jìn)行了大量相關(guān)文獻(xiàn)分析,發(fā)現(xiàn)中醫(yī)非藥物療法--八段錦,具有"調(diào)心""調(diào)息""調(diào)身"的功能,且相關(guān)動(dòng)作可調(diào)理脾胃、調(diào)節(jié)心腎、疏肝理氣,通過(guò)調(diào)節(jié)身心狀態(tài),使人體恢復(fù)健康�；诖�,將八段錦用于長(zhǎng)航疲勞的干預(yù),觀察長(zhǎng)航視覺(jué)疲勞、情緒異常和困倦感、及惡心、嘔吐等癥狀的變化,構(gòu)建八段錦干預(yù)長(zhǎng)航疲勞的模式,不失為一種有益的嘗試。
[Abstract]:Because of the special working and living environment, long Airlines personnel are prone to fatigue, the incidence rate can reach more than 90%, which has seriously affected the navigation safety, operational ability and combat effectiveness of long Airlines personnel. This study has carried out a large number of relevant literature analysis, and found that the non-drug therapy of traditional Chinese medicine, Baduanjin, has the function of "regulating the heart", "regulating the interest" and "regulating the body", and the related actions can regulate the spleen and stomach, regulate the heart and kidney, soothe the liver and regulate qi. By adjusting the physical and mental state, the human body can be restored to health. Based on this, it is a beneficial attempt to apply Baduanjin to the intervention of long voyage fatigue, to observe the changes of visual fatigue, emotional abnormality and burnout, nausea, vomiting and other symptoms, and to construct the model of Baduanjin intervention in long voyage fatigue.
