【摘要】：目的:觀察并比較閾值聲音調(diào)節(jié)療法(Threshold sound conditioning,TSC)或者中藥治療突發(fā)性聾后期耳鳴的療效,以及中藥聯(lián)合TSC是否效果優(yōu)于單一治療方式,了解中藥聯(lián)合TSC治療突發(fā)性耳聾后期耳鳴的優(yōu)勢(shì),以期待對(duì)突發(fā)性聾后期耳鳴的治療提供新的方向。方法:選擇2015年10月至2017年3月至江蘇省中醫(yī)院耳鼻喉科住院的80例突發(fā)性耳聾后期耳鳴患者,根據(jù)試驗(yàn)方案,將入選患者分為4組,即對(duì)照組、TSC組、中藥組、中藥聯(lián)合TSC組,每組各20例。所有患者均于治療2周及1月后復(fù)查THI量表(耳鳴致殘量表)及耳鳴嚴(yán)重程度量表。觀察并比較四種治療方案的臨床療效。結(jié)果:對(duì)照組20例,顯效2例,有效8例,無(wú)效10例,有效率50%;TSC組20例,顯效4例,有效14例,無(wú)效2例,有效率90%;中藥組20例,顯效11例,有效8例,無(wú)效1例,有效率95%;TSC聯(lián)合中藥組20例,顯效15例,有效5例,無(wú)效0例,有效率 100%。結(jié)論:觀察并比較發(fā)現(xiàn),中藥及中藥聯(lián)合TSC療效顯著,其中,中藥聯(lián)合TSC技術(shù)療效最優(yōu)。
[Abstract]:Objective: to observe and compare the efficacy of threshold sound regulation therapy (Threshold sound conditioning,TSC) or traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of tinnitus in the later stage of sudden deafness, and whether the effect of traditional Chinese medicine combined with TSC is better than that of single treatment. To understand the advantages of traditional Chinese medicine combined with TSC in the treatment of tinnitus in the later stage of sudden deafness in order to provide a new direction for the treatment of tinnitus in the later stage of sudden deafness. Methods: from October 2015 to March 2017, 80 patients with tinnitus in the department of otolaryngology, Jiangsu Provincial Hospital of traditional Chinese Medicine were selected. According to the trial scheme, the patients were divided into 4 groups: control group, TSC group and traditional Chinese medicine group. In the traditional Chinese medicine combined with TSC group, there were 20 cases in each group. All patients were reexamined with THI scale (tinnitus disability scale) and tinnitus severity scale after 2 weeks and 1 month of treatment. The clinical effects of the four treatments were observed and compared. Results: in the control group, 20 cases were markedly effective, 2 cases were effective, 8 cases were effective, 10 cases were ineffective, the effective rate was 50% in TSC group, 4 cases were markedly effective, 14 cases were effective, 2 cases were ineffective, the effective rate was 90%. In the traditional Chinese medicine group, there were 20 cases, 11 cases were markedly effective, 8 cases were effective, 1 case was ineffective, the effective rate was 95% / TSC combined with traditional Chinese medicine group, 15 cases were markedly effective, 5 cases were effective, 0 cases were ineffective, and the effective rate was 100%. Conclusion: it is found that the curative effect of traditional Chinese medicine and traditional Chinese medicine combined with TSC is remarkable, and the curative effect of traditional Chinese medicine combined with TSC is the best.
