【摘要】：目的:通過口服安泰湯與坤泰膠囊治療陰虛火旺證絕經(jīng)前后諸證,比較治療后兩組藥物對(duì)本病的癥狀改善情況,觀察安泰湯治療陰虛火旺證絕經(jīng)前后諸證的臨床效果,探討安泰湯的主要作用機(jī)理。方法:本試驗(yàn)選擇于2015年1月至2015年9月期間在長春中醫(yī)藥大學(xué)附屬醫(yī)院婦科門診就診,符合絕經(jīng)前后諸證納入標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的72例患者,采用隨機(jī)、對(duì)照的研究方法,按照患者就診順序進(jìn)行編號(hào),依次納入安泰湯治療組和坤泰膠囊對(duì)照組,每組各36例。療程為4周,分別記錄患者服藥前后的癥狀積分改善情況,進(jìn)行療效判定,為安泰湯治療本病提供臨床依據(jù)。結(jié)果:治療組總有效率為91.7%,對(duì)照組總有效率為80.6%,治療組療效優(yōu)于對(duì)照組(p0.05)。治療前兩組患者中醫(yī)癥狀積分無明顯差異(P0.05),治療后兩組患者中醫(yī)癥狀積分明顯下降(P0.05),說明治療組對(duì)中醫(yī)癥狀的改善情況優(yōu)于對(duì)照組;兩組患者用藥前后中醫(yī)癥狀積分均明顯下降有顯著性差異,具有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義;治療組療后癥狀積分均下降,具有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05);對(duì)照組中陰部瘙癢、皮膚蟻行感癥狀積分無明顯變化,無統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05),其余癥狀積分均下降,具有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)。結(jié)論:安泰湯對(duì)于陰虛火旺證絕經(jīng)前后諸證的治療效果顯著,能夠明顯改善本病患者的臨床癥狀,且安全可靠,副作用甚小,值得臨床廣為應(yīng)用。
[Abstract]:Objective: to compare the symptom improvement of the two groups after treatment by oral Antai decoction and Kuntai capsule before and after menopause, and to observe the clinical effect of Antai decoction on pre-and post-menopausal syndrome of yin deficiency and fire prosperity syndrome. The main mechanism of Antai decoction was discussed. Methods: from January 2015 to September 2015, 72 patients who met the criteria of postmenopausal syndrome inclusion were enrolled in the gynecological clinic of affiliated Hospital of Changchun University of traditional Chinese Medicine. According to the order of treatment, 36 cases in each group were included in Antai decoction treatment group and Kuntai capsule control group. The course of treatment was 4 weeks. The improvement of symptom score before and after treatment was recorded, and the curative effect was judged, which provided clinical basis for Antai decoction in the treatment of this disease. Results: the total effective rate was 91.7% in the treatment group and 80.6% in the control group. The curative effect of the treatment group was better than that of the control group (p0.05). Before treatment, there was no significant difference in TCM symptom score between the two groups (P 0.05). After treatment, the TCM symptom score of the two groups decreased significantly (P 0.05), which indicated that the improvement of TCM symptoms in the treatment group was better than that in the control group. There was significant difference in TCM symptom score between the two groups before and after treatment, and there was significant difference in TCM symptom score between the two groups before and after treatment, and the symptom score in the treatment group was significantly lower than that in the treatment group (P 0.05). In the control group, there was no significant change in the scores of pruritus and skin ant symptoms (P 0.05), but the scores of other symptoms decreased statistically (P 0.05). Conclusion: Antai decoction is effective in the treatment of syndrome of yin deficiency and fire prosperity before and after menopause, and can obviously improve the clinical symptoms of the patients with this disease, and it is safe and reliable, and the side effects are very small, so it is worth widely used in clinic.
