【摘要】：目的針對手足慢性濕疹(血虛風(fēng)燥證)采取中醫(yī)藥聯(lián)合療法,采用隨機(jī)對照臨床研究進(jìn)行本次研究。治療組選用養(yǎng)血潤膚散藥浴療法、當(dāng)歸飲子內(nèi)服、珂爾維特潤修復(fù)乳外擦聯(lián)合治療,對照組選用溫?zé)崴莜煼�、�?dāng)歸飲子內(nèi)服、珂爾維特潤修復(fù)乳外擦聯(lián)合治療,正確進(jìn)行兩組治療前后的療效積分及綜合療效評定,客觀評價養(yǎng)血潤膚散藥浴療法的安全性及療效,為臨床甄選更好的療效外用方劑提供依據(jù)。方法本課題采用符合納入標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的手足慢性濕疹(血虛風(fēng)燥證)患者入組,用數(shù)字隨機(jī)法分為治療組和對照組。除基礎(chǔ)治療口服當(dāng)歸飲子加減(免煎顆粒)、外擦珂爾維特潤修復(fù)乳外,治療組采用養(yǎng)血潤膚散藥浴療法,對照組采用溫?zé)崴莜煼�；隔�?次、每次30分鐘,共4周。于治療前、治療后分別記錄療效積分及不良反應(yīng),借助統(tǒng)計學(xué)軟件SPSS17.0進(jìn)行療效評定。結(jié)果①兩組治療前后分別對療效指標(biāo)的積分進(jìn)行組內(nèi)比較,各項指標(biāo)積分比較P均0.05,差異有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義,說明兩組療法在紅斑、水腫/浸潤/丘疹、表皮剝脫/糜爛、苔蘚樣變、瘙癢程度、干燥療效方面均有明顯改善。②兩組治療后綜合療效組間比較, P0.05,差異無統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義,說明兩組在綜合療效方面無差異；③兩組程度、干燥改善情況優(yōu)于對照組,對其余指標(biāo)的療效方面無優(yōu)勢。④治療組和對照組兩組患者無明顯不良反應(yīng),說明養(yǎng)血潤膚散藥浴療法安全可靠。結(jié)論①養(yǎng)血潤膚散藥浴療法或溫?zé)崴莜煼?聯(lián)合當(dāng)歸飲子內(nèi)服及珂爾維特潤修復(fù)乳外擦,均能明顯改善手足慢性濕疹(血虛風(fēng)燥證)患者的臨床癥狀；②養(yǎng)血潤膚散藥浴療法在綜合療效方面與溫?zé)崴莜煼o差異,在緩解瘙癢程度、干燥癥狀方面優(yōu)于溫?zé)崴莜煼�；③養(yǎng)血潤膚散是治療手足慢性濕疹(血虛風(fēng)燥證)有效的外用中藥,無明顯不良反應(yīng),外用安全性高,值得臨床推廣應(yīng)用。
[Abstract]:Objective to adopt the combined therapy of traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) for chronic eczema of hand and foot (blood deficiency and wind dryness syndrome). The treatment group was treated with Yangxue moisturizing powder medicine bath therapy, Angelica sinensis decoction internal treatment, Colvitron repair milk external rubbing combined treatment, control group was treated with warm hot water immersion therapy, Angelica sinensis decoction was taken internally, and Colvitron was used to repair milk external rubbing combined treatment. The curative effect score and comprehensive curative effect evaluation of the two groups before and after treatment were carried out correctly, and the safety and curative effect of Yangxue Runfu Powder drug bath therapy were evaluated objectively, so as to provide the basis for the clinical selection of better curative effect external prescription. Methods the patients with chronic eczema of hand and foot (blood deficiency and wind dryness syndrome) were randomly divided into treatment group and control group by digital random method. In addition to the basic treatment of oral Angelica decoction (no decoction particles), the treatment group was treated with Yangxue moisturizing powder bath therapy, the control group was treated with warm hot water immersion therapy, once every other day for 30 minutes for 4 weeks. Before and after treatment, the curative effect score and adverse reactions were recorded, and the curative effect was evaluated by statistical software SPSS17.0. Results 1 the scores of curative effect indexes were compared between the two groups before and after treatment, and the scores of each index were 0.05, the difference was statistically significant, indicating that the two groups had erythema, edema / infiltration / papules, epidermis exfoliation / erosion. There was no significant difference in the comprehensive curative effect between the two groups after treatment, which showed that there was no significant difference in the comprehensive curative effect between the two groups after treatment, which indicated that there was no significant difference in the comprehensive curative effect between the two groups. (3) the improvement of dryness in the two groups was better than that in the control group, and there was no advantage in the curative effect of other indexes. 4 there were no obvious adverse reactions in the treatment group and the control group, which indicated that the drug bath therapy of Yangxue moisturizing Powder was safe and reliable. Conclusion (1) the clinical symptoms of patients with chronic eczema of hands and feet (blood deficiency wind dryness syndrome) can be obviously improved by Yangxue moisturizing powder bath therapy or warm and hot water immersion therapy, combined with internal administration of Angelica sinensis and Corvette run to repair the external wiping of milk, which can obviously improve the clinical symptoms of patients with chronic eczema of hands and feet (blood deficiency wind dryness syndrome). (2) the comprehensive curative effect of Yangxue moisturizing Powder was no different from that of warm hot water immersion therapy, but it was superior to warm hot water immersion therapy in relieving the degree of pruritus and drying symptoms. Yangxue Runfu Powder is an effective external traditional Chinese medicine for the treatment of chronic eczema of hands and feet (blood deficiency wind dryness syndrome). There is no obvious adverse reaction and the safety of external use is high, so it is worth popularizing and applying in clinic.
