補腎中藥調(diào)控BMP-Smad信號通路促進牽張成骨的研究進展

【摘要】:牽張成骨是骨科肢體重建的重要技術(shù),但治療周期長和新骨形成不佳是亟待解決的關(guān)鍵問題。應用外源性BMP是目前促進成骨的主要方法,但存在諸多缺陷,促進內(nèi)源性BMP合成、提高生物利用度是解決問題的有效途徑。補腎法促進骨形成的作用確切,對于激活BMP-smad信號通路也有巨大的潛能,但在牽張成骨中的作用靶點和調(diào)節(jié)機制尚未明確。文章就目前補腎中藥調(diào)控BMP-Smad信號通路促進牽張成骨的相關(guān)研究作一綜述。
[Abstract]:Distraction osteogenesis is an important technique for limb reconstruction in orthopaedics, but the long treatment cycle and poor new bone formation are the key problems to be solved urgently. The application of exogenous BMP is the main method to promote osteogenesis at present, but there are many defects. Promoting the synthesis of endogenous BMP and improving the bioavailability are the effective ways to solve the problem. The effect of tonifying kidney on bone formation is accurate, and it also has great potential for activating BMP-smad signal pathway, but the target and regulatory mechanism in distraction Zhang Cheng bone are not clear. This paper reviews the related research on the regulation of BMP-Smad signal pathway by tonifying the kidney and promoting distraction osteogenesis.
