【摘要】：臨床實踐證明,通過厥陰經(jīng)主方烏梅丸治療結(jié)締組織病(CTD),可使患者癥狀、體征及免疫炎性反應(yīng)水平、臟器功能損害、脂質(zhì)及蛋白質(zhì)等的代謝異常、電解質(zhì)紊亂、微循環(huán)障礙、情緒失常有很大程度的改善。認(rèn)為從厥陰肝論治CTD有助神經(jīng)-內(nèi)分泌-免疫系統(tǒng)生理調(diào)節(jié)功能自穩(wěn),利于降低結(jié)締組織(CT)的免疫炎性反應(yīng)和機體功能的恢復(fù),從而減輕CTD病理狀態(tài)。此法屬于"和法"范疇,臨床運用的具體方劑主要是烏梅丸。文章首次對CTD從厥陰肝論治進行了深度的理論探討:認(rèn)為CTD之病理基礎(chǔ)——結(jié)締組織定位于中醫(yī)之經(jīng)筋,并認(rèn)為經(jīng)筋與厥陰關(guān)系緊密,具有積極的臨床及研究意義。
[Abstract]:It has been proved in clinical practice that treatment of connective tissue disease (CTD),) with Wumei Pill can cause symptoms, signs, immune inflammatory reaction level, organ function damage, abnormal metabolism of lipid and protein, electrolyte disorder, etc. Microcirculation disorder, mood disorder has a great degree of improvement. It is suggested that the treatment of CTD from Juyin liver theory can help to stabilize the physiological regulation function of neuroendocrine-immune system, decrease the immune inflammatory reaction of connective tissue (CT) and the recovery of body function, thus alleviate the pathological state of CTD. This method belongs to the category of "harmony method", and the specific prescription used in clinic is mainly Wumei pill. For the first time, this paper makes a deep theoretical discussion on the treatment of CTD from the theory of Jueyin liver. It is considered that the pathological basis of CTD-connective tissue is located in the meridian tendons of traditional Chinese medicine, and that the relationship between meridian tendons and Jueyin is close, which has positive clinical and research significance.
