【摘要】：目的:探討肺癌癌因性疲乏患者的中醫(yī)證候特點及分布規(guī)律。方法:參照《中醫(yī)證候的臨床研究指導(dǎo)原則》與首都醫(yī)科大學(xué)附屬北京中醫(yī)醫(yī)院腫瘤科肺癌診療常規(guī),制訂肺癌癌因性疲乏辨證診斷標(biāo)準(zhǔn),根據(jù)該標(biāo)準(zhǔn)調(diào)查肺癌癌因性疲乏患者的證候分布及癥狀表現(xiàn),探索其內(nèi)在規(guī)律。結(jié)果:共調(diào)查100例肺癌癌因性疲乏患者,肺癌患者的癌因性疲乏屬于中度疲乏,放療、化療與肺癌患者癌因性疲乏有關(guān),肺癌癌因性疲乏患者常見癥狀有睡眠、疼痛、口干、咳嗽、咳痰,中醫(yī)證型以多證相兼為主,肺癌癌因性疲乏證型中,虛證以肺氣虛證為主,實證以痰濕證為主。結(jié)論:肺癌癌因性疲乏患者屬于中度疲乏,中醫(yī)證型以虛實夾雜證為主,虛證以肺氣虧虛為主,實證以痰濕證為主。
[Abstract]:Objective: to investigate the characteristics and distribution of TCM syndrome in patients with lung cancer-related fatigue. Methods: referring to the guiding principles of Clinical Research of TCM Syndromes and the routine of diagnosis and treatment of Lung Cancer in the Department of Oncology of Beijing Hospital of traditional Chinese Medicine affiliated to Capital Medical University, the criteria of differentiation of symptoms and signs of lung cancer related fatigue were established. According to this standard, the syndrome distribution and symptoms of patients with lung cancer-related fatigue were investigated, and their internal rules were explored. Results: a total of 100 patients with cancer-related fatigue of lung cancer were investigated. The cancer-related fatigue of lung cancer patients belonged to moderate fatigue, radiotherapy, chemotherapy and cancer-related fatigue. The common symptoms of cancer-related fatigue patients were sleep, pain and dry mouth, and the common symptoms of cancer-related fatigue patients were sleep, pain and dry mouth. Cough, expectoration, TCM syndrome type is mainly multi-syndrome, lung cancer-related fatigue syndrome, deficiency syndrome mainly lung qi deficiency syndrome, phlegm-dampness syndrome is the main syndrome. Conclusion: the patients with lung cancer-related fatigue belong to moderate fatigue. The TCM syndrome type is deficiency-excess syndrome, deficiency syndrome is lung-qi deficiency syndrome, and phlegm-dampness syndrome is the main syndrome.
