【摘要】：為觀察大柴胡湯加味對高血壓病合并焦慮的臨床療效,將符合納入標準的126例高血壓病合并焦慮患者隨機分為治療組64例和對照組62例。治療組和對照組均給予苯磺酸氨氯地平片治療,治療組在基礎(chǔ)西藥治療的基礎(chǔ)上加服中藥大柴胡湯加味,每日1劑,分2次服,每次100 mL,對照組給予氟哌噻噸美利曲辛片。療程4周。觀察治療前后2組患者的血壓、中醫(yī)證候、血脂、C反應(yīng)蛋白、漢密爾頓焦慮量表及不良反應(yīng)。結(jié)果發(fā)現(xiàn),在血壓方面,與治療前相比2組患者治療后的血壓均顯著下降(P0.05),但組間比較無顯著差異。在中醫(yī)證候方面,治療后兩者比較有統(tǒng)計學差異(P0.05)。在血脂方面,與治療前相比,治療組的TC,TG,HDL-C,LDL-C差異有統(tǒng)計學意義(P0.05);與對照組相比,治療后治療組在TC上差異有統(tǒng)計學意義(P0.05)。在C反應(yīng)蛋白方面,治療組與對照組相比有顯著下降(P0.05)。在焦慮癥狀方面,治療組的漢密爾頓焦慮量表積分無統(tǒng)計學意義。在不良反應(yīng)方面,2組患者均未見明顯的不良反應(yīng)。大柴胡湯加味治療高血壓病合并焦慮具有一定的臨床療效,在輔助降壓的同時,還能改善中醫(yī)證候,調(diào)節(jié)血脂、減輕炎癥反應(yīng),改善焦慮,且安全性較好。
[Abstract]:In order to observe the clinical effect of Dachaihu decoction on hypertension with anxiety, 126 patients with hypertension complicated with anxiety were randomly divided into treatment group (n = 64) and control group (n = 62). Both the treatment group and the control group were treated with amlodipine benzenesulfonate tablets. The treatment group was treated with dacaihu decoction on the basis of basic western medicine treatment, one dose per day, divided into two times, each time 100 mL, control group was given dropethiaton meretaxine tablets. The course of treatment was 4 weeks. Blood pressure, TCM syndrome, blood lipid, C-reactive protein, Hamilton anxiety scale and adverse reaction were observed before and after treatment. The results showed that the blood pressure of the two groups decreased significantly after treatment compared with that before treatment (P0.05), but there was no significant difference between the two groups. In the TCM syndrome, after treatment, there is a statistical difference between the two (P0.05). In the aspect of blood lipid, compared with the pre-treatment, the TC,TG,HDL-C,LDL-C of the treatment group was significantly different (P0.05); compared with the control group, the TC of the treatment group was significantly different after treatment (P0.05). C-reactive protein in the treatment group compared with the control group significantly decreased (P0.05). In anxiety symptoms, the Hamilton anxiety scale scores in the treatment group had no statistical significance. In terms of adverse reactions, no significant adverse reactions were found in both groups. Dacaihu decoction has certain clinical effect in treating hypertension complicated with anxiety. It can improve TCM syndrome, regulate blood lipid, alleviate inflammatory reaction, and improve anxiety, and the safety is better.
