【摘要】：目的:探討當(dāng)歸補(bǔ)血湯加減治療全膝關(guān)節(jié)置換術(shù)后血虛發(fā)熱的臨床療效方法:收集從2014年9月至2016年1月在安徽中醫(yī)藥大學(xué)一附院骨二科診斷為膝關(guān)節(jié)骨性關(guān)節(jié)炎,保守治療無(wú)效符合人工全膝關(guān)節(jié)置換標(biāo)準(zhǔn)行單膝人工全膝關(guān)節(jié)置換術(shù)的患者。挑選其中符合納入標(biāo)準(zhǔn)和無(wú)排除標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的60例病人,按照病人手術(shù)日期先后順序,隨機(jī)分配為治療組30例、對(duì)照組30例。兩組術(shù)前常規(guī)檢查.術(shù)后常規(guī)治療,抗感染等。對(duì)照組給予常規(guī)物理降溫,體溫超過(guò)38.5℃時(shí)給予吲哚美辛栓納肛。治療組在物理降溫的同時(shí)配合中藥當(dāng)歸補(bǔ)血湯加減,每日一劑,分早晚兩次空腹服用,連續(xù)服用七天。觀察兩組治療前后的體溫變化和患者血虛發(fā)熱癥狀積分,術(shù)后血紅蛋白的變化。通過(guò)兩組治療數(shù)據(jù)的比較,來(lái)評(píng)價(jià)當(dāng)歸補(bǔ)血湯加減治療全膝關(guān)節(jié)置換術(shù)后血虛發(fā)熱的臨床療效.結(jié)果:1.對(duì)照組與治療組年齡,性別,體重比較均無(wú)統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(p0.05)2.兩組術(shù)后第1-3天體溫?zé)o統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)差異(p0.05),術(shù)后第4-7天體溫恢復(fù)治療組優(yōu)于對(duì)照組,通過(guò)統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)數(shù)據(jù)分析有明顯差異(p0.05)。3.兩組術(shù)后第1-3天血紅蛋白(HGB)無(wú)統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)差異(p0.05),術(shù)后第4-7天血紅蛋白(HGB)治療組優(yōu)于對(duì)照組,通過(guò)統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)數(shù)據(jù)分析有明顯差異(p0.05)。結(jié)論:當(dāng)歸補(bǔ)血湯加減治療全膝關(guān)節(jié)置換術(shù)后血虛發(fā)熱的臨床療效顯著,患者體溫恢復(fù)和血虛癥狀的改善以及血紅蛋白的增長(zhǎng)明顯優(yōu)于對(duì)照組,中醫(yī)藥在治療術(shù)后血虛發(fā)熱值得推廣。
