海洛因或冰毒成癮者外周血白細(xì)胞端粒長度與吸毒年限、中醫(yī)證素關(guān)系的研究
[Abstract]:Aim: to explore the relationship between telomere length of peripheral blood leukocytes and TCM syndromes in heroin addicts and meth addicts, so as to explore the possible internal mechanism of the effects of heroin and meth on human health at gene level. Methods: all subjects were Han nationality aged 20 to 49. There were 342 drug addicts in the experimental group, including 206 heroin addicts (M 129 and F 77) and 136 meth users (M 80 and F 56), and the experimental group consisted of 342 drug addicts, including 206 heroin addicts (M 129 and F 77) and 136 meth addicts (M 80 and F 56). All of them were voluntary drug abusers who participated in the investigation from 2012 to 2014 in Fuzhou Public Security compulsory Drug rehab Center and the compulsory Drug Addiction Administration Bureau of the Department of Justice. In the control group, 200 healthy subjects (M 115 and F 85) were recruited from the physical examination Center of the second people's Hospital of Fujian Province. The characteristics of TCM syndrome elements were extracted by syndrome differentiation method, and the telomere length of peripheral blood leukocytes was measured by QPCR basic technique. Results: 1. The age of healthy group, heroin group and meth group were all 20 to 49 years old, and there was no difference in age and sex distribution among the three groups (P0.05). The telomere length of leukocytes in all participants was negatively correlated with age and sex (P0.05). After adjusting for age and sex, the telomere length of heroin group and meth group was shorter than that of healthy group (P0.05). 2. The telomere length of heroin group and meth group was shorter than that of healthy group (P0.05). After adjusting for age and sex, there was no significant difference in telomere length between heroin group and meth group (P0.05), and there was no significant correlation between telomere length and drug use duration between the two groups (P0.05). There was no significant difference in telomere length between the two groups (P0.05). The distribution of TCM syndrome elements in heroin and meth addicts was roughly the same, with liver, spleen and kidney as the main diseases, especially the liver; Qi stagnation was the most common syndrome in disease; Qi deficiency was the most common in deficiency syndrome. 4. After adjusting for age and sex, the relationship between the changes of telomere length and TCM syndromes was observed. There was no significant difference in telomere length between heroin group and healthy group (P0.05). There was a significant difference between the telomere length of the ice group and the healthy group (P0.05), and the telomere length of the meth group was shorter than that of the healthy group (P0.05), and the telomere length of the ice group was shorter than that of the healthy group (P0.05). In heroin group, the telomere length of 20-29-year-old group was significantly different from that of 30-39-year-old group (P0.01), and the telomere length of 30-29-year-old group was shorter than that of 20-29-year-old age group. The telomere length of liver, spleen, kidney, qi stagnation, dampness, phlegm, qi deficiency, yang deficiency and blood deficiency were significantly different between two age groups (P0.05). Conclusion: 1. Heroin or meth can cause telomere damage in peripheral blood leukocytes of drug addicts and shorten telomere length. 2. Heroin or meth can cause dysfunction of Zang-fu organs and injury of qi-blood fluid, especially in liver, kidney and spleen, especially in liver. Stagnation of qi and deficiency of qi are the most prominent disease characteristics of heroin and meth addicts. 3. Heroin addicts take drugs for 4-12 years, aged between 20 and 39, and their telomere length changes have a certain relationship with their age, that is, telomere length can be shortened with age, and with liver, spleen, kidney, qi stagnation, dampness, phlegm, qi deficiency, Yang deficiency and blood deficiency related to the formation of syndromes. 4. The shortening of telomere length in meth addicts is mainly related to the formation of liver, dampness and pyrogen in traditional Chinese medicine.
