【摘要】：陳士鐸為清代著名醫(yī)家,在其所著《辨證錄》中專設有"中滿門"一節(jié)。他認為"中滿"病在脘腹,其病機之關鍵是脾氣之衰,但不宜忽視臟腑氣機之間的相互影響;在治療上強調重在實脾,但要結合陰陽消長、五行生克規(guī)律,以及臟腑相關理論指導施治。陳士鐸的論述是通過對四則具體病案診治過程的分析,從而闡述辨治"中滿"的思路與方法。并且結合病案自擬代表方溫土湯、快膈湯、抒脹湯、生胃進食湯、調饑散、熏脾湯,其用藥平和,辨證明確。其對辨治中滿的思路,對提高中醫(yī)師承臨證學習具有一定的指導意義。
[Abstract]:Chen Shiduo, a famous medical practitioner in Qing Dynasty, set up a section of "Zhong Man Men" in his Book of differentiation. He believed that "Zhongman" disease in the abdomen, the key to its pathogenesis is the decline of temper, but it is not appropriate to ignore the interaction between the Zang-fu qi; Emphasis should be placed on the solid spleen in the treatment, but the treatment should be guided by Yin-Yang growth and decline, the law of five elements, and the related theory of Zang-fu organs. Chen Shiduo's exposition is based on the analysis of the diagnosis and treatment process of four specific medical records, thus expounding the thought and method of differentiation and treatment of "Zhongman". And combined with the medical records to represent Fang Wen Tutu soup, fast diaphragm soup, lyric soup, raw stomach food soup, dispelling hunger powder, fumigation spleen soup, its use of peaceful, clear differentiation of symptoms and signs. It has certain guiding significance to improve the study of traditional Chinese medicine doctor's clinical evidence and to distinguish and treat the Manchu in the process of differentiation and treatment.
