【摘要】：目的探討復(fù)方丹參滴丸在治療冠心病及改善血清炎癥因子水平中的應(yīng)用價(jià)值。方法 83例老年冠心病患者根據(jù)不同的治療方法分為研究組41例和常規(guī)組41例,常規(guī)組給予氯吡格雷治療,1次/d,75 mg/次。研究組在常規(guī)組的基礎(chǔ)上加用復(fù)方丹參滴丸,口服3次/d,口服10丸/次,兩組療程均為3個(gè)月,比較兩組治療前后血清炎癥因子白細(xì)胞介素(IL)-6和IL-10以及肱動(dòng)脈血流介導(dǎo)性舒張(FMD)、內(nèi)皮素(ET)、一氧化氮(NO)水平的變化。結(jié)果經(jīng)過(guò)治療,兩組均取得較好的療效,其中研究組臨床總有效率和心電圖改善的總有效率均高于對(duì)照組(P0.05)。兩組血清IL-6水平顯著降低,且研究組低于常規(guī)組,IL-10水平上升幅度均較同時(shí)期的常規(guī)組低(P0.05)。治療3個(gè)月后,研究組FMD和NO水平均高于常規(guī)組(P0.05),ET水平低于常規(guī)組低(P0.05)。結(jié)論復(fù)方丹參滴丸治療冠心病的效果較好,能有效改善炎癥因子水平,改善或緩解老年冠心病病癥。
[Abstract]:Objective to explore the application value of compound salvia miltiorrhiza dropping pill in treating coronary heart disease and improving the level of serum inflammatory factors. Methods 83 elderly patients with coronary heart disease were divided into study group (n = 41) and routine group (n = 41) according to different treatment methods. Clopidogrel was given once a day for 75 mg/ in the routine group. The study group was given compound salvia miltiorrhiza dropping pill 3 times a day and 10 pills a time on the basis of routine group. The course of treatment in both groups was 3 months. The changes of serum interleukin-6 (IL-6), interleukin-6 (IL-10) and brachial artery flow-mediated vasodilation (FMD),-et-(ET),) levels of nitric oxide (NO) were compared between the two groups before and after Results after treatment, the two groups achieved better curative effect, in which the total clinical effective rate and the total effective rate of ECG improvement in the study group were higher than those in the control group (P0.05). The serum IL-6 level in the two groups was significantly lower than that in the control group, and the level of IL-10 in the study group was lower than that in the routine group at the same time (P0.05). After 3 months of treatment, the levels of FMD and NO in the study group were higher than those in the routine group (P0.05), ET level was lower than that in the routine group) (P0.05). Conclusion the compound salvia miltiorrhiza dropping pill is effective in the treatment of coronary heart disease, and can effectively improve the level of inflammatory factors and improve or relieve the disease of coronary heart disease in the elderly.
