【摘要】：王琦認(rèn)為,臨床使用葛根黃芩黃連湯要遵循《傷寒論》原意,指出不可以注家發(fā)揮代替張仲景原意,更不可把經(jīng)方局限為治療某種病證的專方。葛根黃芩黃連湯在臨床應(yīng)用時主要治療表里同熱的疾病,并非專為下利所設(shè),在辨證過程中要注重原文的"脈促""喘而汗出"等癥狀。以王琦用本方治療伏邪發(fā)熱的醫(yī)案為例,介紹葛根黃芩黃連湯的臨床應(yīng)用,通過醫(yī)案可以看出葛根黃芩黃連湯對小兒、成人和老年人不明原因的發(fā)熱均有良效。
[Abstract]:Wang Qi believes that the clinical use of Gegen Huangqin Huanglian decoction should follow the original meaning of "theory of febrile fever", pointing out that it is not possible for the annotator to play instead of Zhang Zhongjing's original intention, and not to limit the classical prescription to the treatment of certain diseases and syndromes. In the clinical application of Gegen Huangqin Huanglian decoction, the main treatment of synpyretic diseases in the table is not designed for lower profit. In the process of differentiation of symptoms and signs, we should pay attention to the symptoms such as "pulse provocation", "wheezing and sweating" in the original text. Taking Wang Qi's medical case of Fuxie fever as an example, this paper introduces the clinical application of Gegen Huangqin Huanglian decoction. It can be seen from the medical records that Gegen Huangqin Huanglian decoction has good effect on fever of unknown cause in children, adults and old people.
