【摘要】：目的觀察養(yǎng)心定悸湯治療60例氣血虧虛型心臟神經(jīng)癥患者的中醫(yī)證候、早搏、焦慮及抑郁的臨床療效。方法選擇符合條件的心臟神經(jīng)癥患者共60例,試驗(yàn)采用隨機(jī)對照方法,治療組、對照組按1：1分配。治療組給予養(yǎng)心定悸湯治療,每日一劑,水煎取汁300m1,分早、晚2次口服。對照組給予谷維素20mg日3次口服,觀察治療前后兩組患者中醫(yī)證侯療效、早搏療效、HAMA及HAMD量表變化。療程均為4周。結(jié)果中醫(yī)證候療效總有效率97%,對照組總有效76.7%,經(jīng)統(tǒng)計學(xué)處理,P0.01,具有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義,說明治療組在療效上優(yōu)于對照組。早搏療效上治療組總有效率76.9%,對照組總有效率46.1%,經(jīng)統(tǒng)計學(xué)處理,P0.05,具有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義,治療組在改善患者早搏療效上優(yōu)于對照組。改善焦慮及抑郁療效評價：治療組在HAMA減分率上總有效率80%,對照組總有效率80%,經(jīng)統(tǒng)計學(xué)處理,P0.05,無統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義,治療組在改善患者焦慮療效上與對照組無明顯差異。治療組在HAMD減分率上總有效率97%,對照組在HAMD減分率上總有效率76.7%,經(jīng)統(tǒng)計學(xué)處理,P0.01,具有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義,治療組在改善患者抑郁療效上明顯優(yōu)于對照組,具有顯著性差異。且治療組在治療過程中無明顯不良反應(yīng)。結(jié)論養(yǎng)心定悸湯可明顯改善氣血虧虛型心臟神經(jīng)癥患者的中醫(yī)證候、早搏情況、抑郁狀況,對于患者的焦慮狀態(tài)上與谷維素療效相當(dāng)�；颊哂谟盟幤陂g未產(chǎn)生明顯不良反應(yīng)。
[Abstract]:Objective to observe the clinical efficacy of Yangxin Dingxu decoction in treating 60 cases of cardiac neurosis with deficiency of qi and blood, such as syndrome of TCM, premature beat, anxiety and depression. Methods A total of 60 patients with cardiac neurosis were randomly divided into two groups: treatment group (n = 60) and control group (n = 10). The treatment group was treated with Yangxin Dingxu decoction, one dose per day, water decoction 300ml, oral twice in the morning and late. The patients in the control group were treated with glutamine 20 mg / d for 3 times. The curative effect of TCM syndrome, the curative effect of premature beat, the changes of HAMA and HAMD scale before and after treatment were observed in the two groups. The course of treatment was 4 weeks. Results the total effective rate of TCM syndrome was 97%, and the total effective rate of control group was 76.7%. After statistical treatment, P0.01 had statistical significance, which indicated that the therapeutic effect of the treatment group was better than that of the control group. The total effective rate was 76.9% in the treatment group and 46.1% in the control group. The treatment group was superior to the control group in improving the curative effect of premature beat. Evaluation of the efficacy of improving anxiety and depression: the total effective rate was 80% in the treatment group and 80% in the control group on the reduction rate of HAMA. There was no statistical difference between the treatment group and the control group (P 0.05). There was no significant difference between the treatment group and the control group in the improvement of anxiety. The total effective rate was 97% in the treatment group and 76.7% in the HAMD reduction rate in the treatment group and in the control group, the total effective rate in the treatment group was 76.7% on the reduction rate of HAMD. After statistical treatment, P0.01 had statistical significance. The treatment group was obviously superior to the control group in improving the depressive effect of the patients. There was a significant difference between the two groups. There were no obvious adverse reactions in the treatment group. Conclusion Yangxin Dingxu decoction can obviously improve the TCM syndrome, premature beat and depression of the patients with qi-blood deficiency cardiac neurosis. The curative effect of Yangxin Dingxu decoction on the anxiety state of the patients is similar to that of glutamine. There was no significant adverse reaction during the medication.
