【摘要】：目的初步觀(guān)察和總結(jié)頭皮針埋線(xiàn)治療青少年假性近視的療效,明確其治療優(yōu)勢(shì),為該病種提供一種簡(jiǎn)單安全有效的治療方案。方法收集2015年10月1日至2016年7月1日在浙江省中山醫(yī)院針灸科及眼科門(mén)診就診的10～16歲符合“假性近視”的青少年患者30例(60只眼)。將患者隨機(jī)分為治療組和對(duì)照組。治療組給予頭皮針穴(雙側(cè)枕上旁線(xiàn))埋線(xiàn)治療,對(duì)照組給予阿托品滴眼液滴眼治療,療程均為一個(gè)月。觀(guān)察兩組病人在治療前和治療后裸眼遠(yuǎn)視力和近視屈光度的變化。結(jié)果(1)兩組治療均能明顯提高青少年假性近視患者的遠(yuǎn)視力,p0.05,治療組優(yōu)于對(duì)照組；隨訪(fǎng)3個(gè)月后治療組與對(duì)照組療效有顯著性差異,p=0.043(p0.05),治療組明顯優(yōu)于對(duì)照組。(2)兩組治療均能降低散瞳前眼的屈光度,p=0.000(p0.01),但對(duì)散瞳后屈光度無(wú)明顯影響,p0.05,兩組間未呈現(xiàn)明顯差異。(3)兩組治療總有效率治療組為96%(治療后)、96%(隨訪(fǎng)3個(gè)月),對(duì)照組為86%(治療后)、30%(隨訪(fǎng)3個(gè)月),表明臨床綜合療效的評(píng)定以治療組為優(yōu),且療效較對(duì)照組持久。(5)不良反應(yīng)的發(fā)生率對(duì)照組為17%(5只眼),治療停止則不良反應(yīng)消失。而治療組未見(jiàn)明顯不良反應(yīng),兩組間有顯著差異。結(jié)論頭皮針埋線(xiàn)治療青少年假性近視有較好的療效,能顯著改善患者的各項(xiàng)眼部指標(biāo)及臨床癥狀,具有改善視力的良好作用,且安全無(wú)毒副作用,療效持久,值得臨床推廣應(yīng)用。
[Abstract]:Aim to observe and summarize the curative effect of scalp needle embedding therapy on juvenile pseudomyopia, and to provide a simple, safe and effective treatment scheme for this disease. Methods from Oct. 1, 2015 to July 1, 2016, 30 adolescent patients (60 eyes) with pseudomyopia were enrolled in the acupuncture department and ophthalmology clinic of Zhongshan Hospital in Zhejiang Province. The patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group. The treatment group was treated with scalp acupuncture (bilateral superior supraoccipital line) embedding, and the control group was treated with atropine eye drops. The course of treatment was one month. The changes of distant naked vision and myopic diopter were observed before and after treatment in the two groups. Results (1) both groups could significantly improve the distant vision of juvenile pseudomyopic patients, p0.05, the treatment group was superior to the control group; After 3 months of follow-up, there was significant difference between the treatment group and the control group (p0.05), and the treatment group was obviously superior to the control group. (2) both groups could reduce the diopter of the eyes before mydriasis, p = 0.000 (p0.01). (3) the total effective rate of the two groups was 96% (after treatment), 96% (follow-up for 3 months), 86% (after treatment), and 86% (after treatment) in the control group, and there was no significant difference in the diopter after mydriasis between the two groups. 30% (follow-up for 3 months) showed that the treatment group was better than the control group, and the curative effect was longer than that of the control group. (5) the incidence of adverse reactions in the control group was 17% (5 eyes), and the side effects disappeared when the treatment stopped. There was no obvious adverse reaction in the treatment group, and there was a significant difference between the two groups. Conclusion scalp needle embedding has a good curative effect on juvenile pseudomyopia, can significantly improve the eye index and clinical symptoms of the patients, has a good effect on improving visual acuity, and has no side effects and safety, and the curative effect is lasting, and there are no side effects and safety in the treatment of juvenile pseudomyopia. It is worth popularizing and applying in clinic.
