【摘要】：目的觀察蒼苓湯治療小兒腹瀉的臨床療效。方法 122例患兒隨機(jī)分為2組,對照組57例給予蒙脫石散口服,治療組65例在對照組治療的基礎(chǔ)上予蒼苓湯辨證加減治療,3 d為1個(gè)療程,2個(gè)療程后統(tǒng)計(jì)療效。結(jié)果治療組總有效率98.46%高于對照組80.7%(P〈0.05)。治療組患兒止瀉、體溫恢復(fù)正常、嘔吐恢復(fù)正常時(shí)間均明顯短于對照組。結(jié)論蒼苓湯配合蒙脫石散治療小兒腹瀉療效顯著。。
[Abstract]:Objective to observe the clinical effect of Cangling decoction on infantile diarrhea. Methods 122 children were randomly divided into two groups: the control group (57 cases) was treated with smectite powder orally, and the treatment group (65 cases) was treated with Cangling decoction on the basis of the control group. The treatment group was treated with Cangling decoction for 3 days as a course of treatment, and the curative effect was counted after two courses of treatment. Results the total effective rate of the treatment group was 98.46% higher than that of the control group (80.7%, P < 0.05). The time of stopping diarrhea, temperature and vomiting were shorter in the treatment group than in the control group. Conclusion Cangling decoction combined with montmorillonite powder is effective in the treatment of infantile diarrhea.
