【摘要】：目的:探索治療中風(fēng)后尿潴留提高療效的方法。方法:將63例中風(fēng)后尿潴留患者隨機(jī)分為觀察組(32例)和對(duì)照組(31例)。兩組均采用常規(guī)神經(jīng)內(nèi)科臨床藥物及康復(fù)基礎(chǔ)治療,對(duì)照組加用間歇導(dǎo)尿和膀胱功能訓(xùn)練治療,每日導(dǎo)尿的時(shí)間和次數(shù)由患者是否有自主排尿和殘余尿量決定;觀察組在對(duì)照組治療基礎(chǔ)上加用接經(jīng)針刺法,按照十二經(jīng)脈的循行順序,選取十二井穴(少商、商陽、厲兌、隱白、少?zèng)_、少澤、至陰、涌泉、中沖、關(guān)沖、足竅陰、大敦),每日1次,治療20 d。20 d后觀察兩組臨床療效和殘余尿量變化情況。結(jié)果:觀察組總有效率為90.6%(29/32),優(yōu)于對(duì)照組的67.7%(21/31,P0.01);兩組患者治療后殘余尿量均明顯減少(均P0.01),觀察組治療后殘余尿量明顯少于對(duì)照組(P0.01)。結(jié)論:接經(jīng)針刺法配合膀胱功能訓(xùn)練治療中風(fēng)后尿潴留療效明顯,優(yōu)于膀胱功能訓(xùn)練等常規(guī)西醫(yī)治療。
[Abstract]:Objective: to explore a method to improve the curative effect of urinary retention after apoplexy. Methods: sixty-three patients with post-stroke urinary retention were randomly divided into observation group (n = 32) and control group (n = 31). The patients in the control group were treated with intermittent urinary catheterization and bladder function training. The time and times of daily catheterization were determined by the patients' autonomic urination and residual urine volume. In the observation group, on the basis of the treatment of the control group, according to the order of the twelve meridians, the observation group selected the twelve well acupoints (Xiao Shang, Shang Yang, Li Yu, implicit White, Xiao Chong, Shaoze, Zhi Yin, Yong Quan, Zhong Chong, Guan Chong, Zu Qiaoyin, Da Dun). After 20 d. 20 d treatment, the clinical efficacy and residual urine volume in the two groups were observed. Results: the total effective rate of the observation group was 90.6% (29 / 32), which was better than that of the control group (67.7%) (21 / 31, P0.01). The residual urine volume of the two groups decreased significantly after treatment (P0.01), and the residual urine volume of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group (P0.01). Conclusion: acupuncture combined with bladder function training is effective in the treatment of urinary retention after apoplexy, which is better than that of traditional western medicine such as bladder function training.
