【摘要】：失眠屬中醫(yī)學(xué)"不寐"范疇,為臨床常見病、多發(fā)病。經(jīng)查閱經(jīng)典文獻,結(jié)合藏象學(xué)說,基于"肝藏血,血舍魂"理論指出本病的發(fā)生與肝密切相關(guān),以肝藏血舍魂功能失司為病機之關(guān)鍵。文章從調(diào)理肝臟入手,以辨證論治為核心,臨證歸為陰血虧虛,神魂失榮不得眠、肝郁血瘀,魂不安藏不得眠及陰血下虛,肝陽亢逆,擾魂驚神不得眠三類病機。分別采用補養(yǎng)肝血,寧心安神、理氣解郁,化瘀安神及清肝降逆,柔肝潛陽,除煩寧神治療,獲得較好療效,并輔以驗案。
[Abstract]:Insomnia belongs to the category of insomnia in traditional Chinese medicine. Based on the theory of "liver hiding blood, blood house soul", it is pointed out that the occurrence of this disease is closely related to the liver, and the key to the pathogenesis is the loss of the function of the liver storing blood house soul in combination with the theory of Tibetan image. The article starts with regulating the liver, regards differentiation and treatment as the core, the clinical syndrome is classified as yin and blood deficiency, the spirit and soul lose glory can not sleep, the liver is depressed and blood stasis, the soul uneasiness can not sleep and Yin blood is deficiency, the liver yang is hyperactive, and the soul is afraid of God can not sleep three kinds of pathogenesis. Nourishing liver and blood, tranquilizing the mind, regulating qi and relieving depression, resolving blood stasis and clearing the liver and lowering the reverse, soothing the liver and nourishing yang, removing boredom and tranquilizing the spirit, obtaining better curative effect, and assisting with the case.
