【摘要】：[目的]觀察半夏厚樸湯治療老年咳嗽療效。[方法]使用隨機(jī)平行對照方法,將180例患者按拋硬幣法簡單隨機(jī)分為兩組。對照組90例枸櫞酸噴托維林,25mg/次,3次/d。治療組90例半夏厚樸湯(姜半夏、厚樸各12g,茯苓20g,生姜片、蘇葉、蘇梗、北杏仁、百部炙、紫苑灸各10g;黃痰明顯加黃芩、桑白皮;咽痛加玄參、桔梗;氣上沖合三拗湯、麻黃炙;脅肋疼痛加川楝子、元胡),1劑/d,早晚口服,500mL/次。連續(xù)治療7d為1療程。觀測臨床癥狀、不良反應(yīng)。治療1療程,判定療效。[結(jié)果]治療組痊愈40例,有效46例,無效4例,總有效率95.56%。對照組痊愈34例,有效44例,無效12例,總有效率86.67%。治療組療效優(yōu)于對照組(P0.05)。[結(jié)論]半夏厚樸湯治療老年咳嗽療效滿意,無嚴(yán)重不良反應(yīng),值得推廣。
[Abstract]:[objective] to observe the curative effect of Banxia Houpu decoction on senile cough. [methods] 180 patients were randomly divided into two groups according to coin-tossing method. The control group consisted of 90 cases of pentovirin citrate, 25mg/ times, 3 times per day. In the treatment group, 90 cases of Pinellia magnoliae decoction (ginger, magnolia, 12 g each, Poria cocos 20 g, ginger tablet, Su Ye, pedicel, north almond, 100 parts grilled, purple garden moxibustion, 10 g), yellow phlegm, Scutellaria baicalensis, mulberry white skin, pharynx pain plus Radix Xuanshen, Platycodon grandiflorum; Qishangchong Sanao decoction, ephedra; rib pain plus toosendan, Yuanhu), 1 dose / d, morning and evening oral, 500mL/ times. The treatment was a course of treatment for 7 days. Clinical symptoms and adverse reactions were observed. After 1 course of treatment, the curative effect was evaluated. [results] in the treatment group, 40 cases were cured, 46 cases were effective, 4 cases were ineffective, the total effective rate was 95.5656. In the control group, 34 cases were cured, 44 cases were effective, 12 cases were ineffective, the total effective rate was 86.67%. The curative effect of the treatment group was better than that of the control group (P0.05). [conclusion] Banxia Houpu decoction has satisfactory curative effect and no serious adverse reaction in treating senile cough, so it is worth popularizing.
