【摘要】：正患者,男,24歲,于2016年11月15日就診。主訴:雙下肢無(wú)力半年余。病史:1年前出現(xiàn)情緒低落,獨(dú)處時(shí)加重,易哭,有輕生情緒,未經(jīng)任何治療。2016年3月因抑郁吸入笑氣(N_2O),5月出現(xiàn)四肢無(wú)力并逐漸加重,走路不穩(wěn),站立不能,雙手不能持物,于美國(guó)住院治療,診斷為"亞急性脫髓鞘病變",行藥物靜滴與康復(fù)治療(具體不詳),效可。后轉(zhuǎn)入國(guó)內(nèi)各級(jí)醫(yī)院治療,診為"脊髓亞急性聯(lián)合變性",給予硫酸鋅、依
