【摘要】：目的：研究以升清降濁法治療四川地區(qū)脾虛濕熱型口臭的臨床療效方法：將納入本課題的60例四川地區(qū)脾虛濕熱型口臭者隨機(jī)分為治療組和對(duì)照組,各30例。兩組均予以基礎(chǔ)的生活調(diào)適治療,治療組加用怡香散中藥水煎口服。兩組均以兩周為一個(gè)療程,共兩個(gè)療程,分別在一個(gè)療程后、兩個(gè)療程后、隨訪時(shí)進(jìn)行臨床療效觀察。結(jié)果：(1)在口臭癥狀方面,治療組有明顯的療效,而對(duì)照組的療效不明顯；治療組總有效率93.3%,對(duì)照組總有效率44.8%,兩組總療效比較有顯著性差異(P0.05),治療組優(yōu)于對(duì)照組。(2)在中醫(yī)癥候方面,兩組均有明顯的療效,治療組總有效率96.7%,對(duì)照組總有效率79.3%,兩組總療效比較有顯著性差異(P0.05),治療組優(yōu)于對(duì)照組。(3)隨訪療效治療組有效率89.7%,對(duì)照組有效率51.9%,兩組有效率比較有顯著性差異(P0.05),治療組優(yōu)于對(duì)照組。結(jié)論：基于升清降濁理論擬定的怡香散對(duì)四川地區(qū)脾虛濕熱型口臭具有顯著療效,值得臨床進(jìn)一步研究和推廣。
[Abstract]:Objective: to study the clinical curative effect of Shengqingjiangzhuo method on halitosis due to spleen deficiency, dampness and heat in Sichuan area. 60 cases of Spleen-deficiency damp-heat type halitosis in Sichuan were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, 30 cases each. Both groups were treated with basic life adjustment therapy, the treatment group was treated with Yi Xiang San decoction. Two weeks as a course of treatment, two courses of treatment, after one course of treatment, two courses of treatment, followed up to observe the clinical efficacy. Results: (1) in the aspect of halitosis symptom, the treatment group had obvious curative effect, but the control group had no obvious curative effect; The total effective rate of the treatment group was 93.3g and the total effective rate of the control group was 44.8.The total curative effect of the two groups was significantly different (P0.05), and the treatment group was superior to the control group. (2) in terms of TCM symptoms, the two groups had obvious curative effects. The total effective rate of the treatment group was 96.7, the total effective rate of the control group was 79.3. There was a significant difference between the two groups (P0.05), and the treatment group was superior to the control group. (3) the effective rate of the treatment group was 89.7. The effective rate of the control group was 51.9, the effective rate of the two groups was significantly different (P0.05), the treatment group was better than the control group. Conclusion: Yixiang Powder based on the theory of Shengqingjiangzhuo has a remarkable curative effect on the spleen deficiency damp-heat type of halitosis in Sichuan area, which is worthy of further clinical study and popularization.
