【摘要】：目的:研究分析熱敏灸在治療臨床病癥方面近6年來的發(fā)展?fàn)顩r,系統(tǒng)評價(jià)其治療的有效性。方法:收集熱敏灸治療臨床病癥的試驗(yàn)研究,計(jì)算機(jī)檢索Pubmed、Embase、相關(guān)期刊論文(CNKI),萬方數(shù)據(jù)庫(WANFANG DATA),維普全文期刊數(shù)據(jù)庫(VIP),檢索時(shí)間跨度為:2010年1月1日—2015年12月31日,篩選符合納入研究標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的臨床隨機(jī)對照試驗(yàn)。對納入分析的文獻(xiàn)進(jìn)行計(jì)量和質(zhì)量分析,提取有效數(shù)據(jù),采用Rev Man 5.2軟件版進(jìn)行統(tǒng)計(jì)處理,制成相應(yīng)的趨勢圖表。結(jié)果:發(fā)表熱敏灸治療臨床病癥論文226篇,論文第一作者或通訊作者所在單位多系三甲醫(yī)院,涉及20個(gè)省市,發(fā)表在60類醫(yī)學(xué)期刊上,文獻(xiàn)涉及52種臨床病癥,分屬于12個(gè)病癥系統(tǒng),發(fā)表論文數(shù)量、質(zhì)量呈現(xiàn)逐年上升趨勢。結(jié)論:2010—2015年,熱敏灸治療臨床病癥的科技論文分析在一定程度上反映熱敏灸近6年來研究的發(fā)展趨勢,確定熱敏灸在臨床治療上的有效性,為以后熱敏灸進(jìn)一步的研究和發(fā)展提供一定的參考證據(jù)和方向。
[Abstract]:Objective: to study and analyze the development of heat sensitive moxibustion in the treatment of clinical symptoms in the past 6 years, and evaluate the effectiveness of the treatment. Methods: to collect the experimental study of heat sensitive moxibustion in the treatment of clinical symptoms, and to retrieve Pubmed,Embase, Chinese periodical full-text database (CNKI), Wanfang database (WANFANG DATA), Weipu full-text periodical database (VIP), by computer. The search time ranged from January 1, 2010 to December 31, 2015. The quantitative and quality analysis of the literature included in the analysis was carried out, the valid data was extracted, and the corresponding trend chart was made by using Rev Man 5.2 software for statistical processing. Results: 226 papers were published on the treatment of clinical symptoms by heat sensitive moxibustion. The first author or author of the paper was in a number of tertiary hospitals, involving 20 provinces and cities, and published in 60 kinds of medical journals. The literature covered 52 kinds of clinical diseases. They belong to 12 disease systems, and the quantity and quality of published papers are increasing year by year. Conclusion: from 2010 to 2015, the scientific and technological papers on heat sensitive moxibustion for the treatment of clinical symptoms reflect to a certain extent the development trend of heat sensitive moxibustion in the past 6 years, and determine the effectiveness of heat sensitive moxibustion in clinical treatment. It provides some reference evidence and direction for further research and development of thermosensitive moxibustion.
