崗松油特征圖譜的研究及多組分含量測定

【摘要】:目的:建立崗松油的氣相特征圖譜,研究崗松油的化學成分,建立同時測定崗松油中α-蒎烯、β-蒎烯、α-松油烯、4-異丙基甲苯、桉油精、芳樟醇、4-松油醇、α-松油醇、α-石竹烯、β-石竹烯10種成分含量的氣相色譜法。方法:采用GC-MS對崗松油中的共有成分進行鑒定,含量測定采用GC外標法,色譜柱:DB-5氣相毛細管色譜柱(柱長60 m,內(nèi)徑0.25 mm,膜厚0.25μm),載氣為高純氮氣(99.999%),流速:1.0 mL·min~(-1),分流比10∶1,進樣口溫度250℃,進樣量為1μL,FID檢測器,檢測器溫度250℃,程序升溫(初始溫度80℃,保持15 min,以每分鐘1℃的速率升溫至90℃,保持2 min,再以每分鐘10℃的速率升溫至110℃,每分鐘25℃的速率升溫至240℃,保持8 min。)結(jié)果:崗松油中的14種共有成分得到鑒定,建立了崗松油含12個主要共有峰的氣相特征圖譜,含量測定中10種主要成分得到良好的分離,在測定范圍內(nèi)的線性關(guān)系良好,平均回收率在97%以上。28批崗松油樣品10種成分的含量范圍:α-蒎烯4.53%~27.51%、β-蒎烯1.10%~14.12%、α-松油烯0.00%~3.69%、4-異丙基甲苯4.65%~17.55%、桉油精6.91%~30.02%、芳樟醇2.75%~9.79%、4-松油醇0.81%~11.19%、α-松油醇0.64%~4.44%、α-石竹烯0.29%~5.93%、β-石竹烯0.18%~7.73%。結(jié)論:特征圖譜結(jié)合多組分的含量測定,能更好地控制崗松油的質(zhì)量。
