【摘要】：目的觀察補(bǔ)腎調(diào)經(jīng)膏方治療腎虛型卵巢早衰(POF)的臨床療效,并探討其對(duì)患者的內(nèi)分泌和免疫調(diào)節(jié)作用。方法將腎虛型POF患者70例,采用隨機(jī)數(shù)字表法分成2組。膏方組給予補(bǔ)腎調(diào)經(jīng)膏方治療,西藥組給予激素替代治療(HRT),28天為1個(gè)療程,連續(xù)治療3個(gè)療程,治療結(jié)束后隨訪3個(gè)月。另選20名同齡健康體檢女性作為健康對(duì)照組。觀察兩組治療前、后的臨床癥狀、月經(jīng)改善情況,性激素(E2,FSH,LH)和T細(xì)胞亞群(CD3+,CD_4~+ ,CD8+)變化情況。結(jié)果兩組各有34例患者完成試驗(yàn)。膏方組的總有效率為79.41%(27/34),優(yōu)于西藥組的61.76%(21/34),差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(χ2=6.855,P0.05)。膏方組改善臨床癥狀優(yōu)于西藥組(P0.01)。膏方組的月經(jīng)改善率79.41%(27/34)、月經(jīng)改善時(shí)間(4.09±1.38)個(gè)月,優(yōu)于西藥組的61.76%(21/34)和(4.73±1.14)個(gè)月(P0.05);停經(jīng)復(fù)發(fā)率11.76%(4/34)低于西藥組26.17%(9/34),但差異無(wú)統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)。治療后膏方組血清E2升高,FSH、LH降低幅度優(yōu)于西藥組(P0.05,P0.01)。治療后膏方組血CD_4~+ %升高(P0.01),CD8+%下降(P0.01),而西藥組CD_4~+ %和CD8+%變化不大,兩組差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05,P0.01)。結(jié)論補(bǔ)腎調(diào)經(jīng)膏方治療腎虛型POF的療效顯著,能明顯地改善臨床癥狀和恢復(fù)正常月經(jīng),升高血清E2和降低FSH、LH的水平,并能調(diào)節(jié)機(jī)體的免疫功能。
[Abstract]:Objective to observe the clinical effect of Bushen Tiaojing ointment on (POF) of premature ovarian failure with deficiency of kidney, and to explore its endocrine and immunomodulatory effects. Methods 70 POF patients with kidney deficiency were randomly divided into two groups. The treatment group was treated with Bushen Tiaojing ointment, and the western medicine group was treated with hormone replacement therapy (HRT),) for 28 days for 3 consecutive courses, followed up for 3 months after treatment. Another 20 healthy women of the same age were selected as the healthy control group. The clinical symptoms, menstrual improvement, sex hormone (E _ 2 FSH LH) and T cell subsets (CD3, CD_4~, CD8) were observed before and after treatment in both groups. Results 34 patients in each group completed the test. The total effective rate of the cream group was 79.41% (27 / 34), which was better than that of the western medicine group (61.76%, 21 / 34), and the difference was statistically significant (蠂 2, 6.855P 0.05). The treatment group was superior to the western medicine group in improving the clinical symptoms (P 0.01). The menstrual improvement rate was 79.41% (27 / 34) and the menstrual improvement time was (4.09 鹵1.38) months in the plaster group, which was better than that in the western medicine group (61.76% (21 / 34) and (4.73 鹵1.14) months (P0.05). The recurrence rate of menopause was 11.76% (4 / 34) lower than that of western medicine group 26.17% (9 / 34), but the difference was not statistically significant (P0.05). After treatment, the serum E _ 2 increased and the FSH,LH decreased significantly in the ointment group than in the western medicine group (P 0.05, P 0.01). After treatment, serum CD_4~% increased (P0.01) and CD8% decreased (P0.01) in the plaster group, but CD_4~% and CD8% did not change in the western medicine group. The difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P0.05, P0.01). Conclusion Bushen Tiaojing ointment is effective in the treatment of kidney deficiency type POF, it can obviously improve clinical symptoms and restore normal menstruation, increase serum E2 and decrease the level of FSH,LH, and regulate the immune function of the body.
