【摘要】：目的運用中藥熏蒸法和瞼板腺按摩治療糖尿病性干眼,探討治療糖尿病性干眼的新思路、新方法。方法選取2016年中國中醫(yī)科學(xué)院眼科醫(yī)院眼科門診糖尿病性干眼患者84例(168眼),隨機分為治療組和對照組,每組42例(84眼)。對照組予人工淚液滴眼,治療組予中藥熏蒸聯(lián)合瞼板腺按摩治療。觀察1個月后癥狀、淚膜破裂時間(BUT)、淚液分泌試驗(SIT)、瞼板腺功能變化。結(jié)果治療組顯效56眼,有效20眼,無效8眼,有效率90.5%;對照組顯效20眼,有效36眼,無效28眼,有效率66.7%,治療后2組癥狀評分、BUT、SIT及瞼板腺功能比較均有統(tǒng)計學(xué)差異(P0.05),治療組優(yōu)于對照組。結(jié)論中藥熏蒸療法聯(lián)合瞼板腺按摩治療糖尿病性干眼具有較好的療效。
[Abstract]:Objective to treat diabetic dry eyes with traditional Chinese medicine fumigation and tarsal gland massage, and to explore new ideas and methods for treating diabetic dry eyes. Methods Eighty-four diabetic dry eye patients (168 eyes) were randomly divided into treatment group (n = 42) and control group (n = 84). The control group was treated with artificial tear drops and the treatment group was treated with traditional Chinese medicine fumigation combined with tarsal gland massage. After 1 month, the symptoms and tear film rupture time of (BUT), tear secretion test (SIT), tarsal gland function changes. Results in the treatment group, 56 eyes were effective, 20 eyes were effective, 8 eyes were ineffective, and the effective rate was 90.5%. In the control group, there were significant effects in 20 eyes, effective in 36 eyes, ineffective in 28 eyes, the effective rate was 66.7%. After treatment, there were significant differences in symptom score, BUT,SIT and meibomian gland function between the two groups (P0.05), the treatment group was superior to the control group. Conclusion Chinese medicine fumigation combined with tarsal gland massage is effective in treating diabetic dry eyes.
