【摘要】：目的:通過對(duì)比中藥湯劑滋陰潤肺方口服聯(lián)合新淚然滴眼液點(diǎn)眼和新淚然滴眼液點(diǎn)眼兩種方法的療效,評(píng)價(jià)兩種給藥方式改善干眼患者主觀感受、眼表癥狀程度的差異,驗(yàn)證中醫(yī)藥能否讓干眼患者從中受益,提供重要支持。材料與方法:把60例干眼患者分為治療組和對(duì)照組兩組,治療組患者30例60只眼,予以中藥湯劑滋陰潤肺方口服聯(lián)合新淚然滴眼液點(diǎn)眼;對(duì)照組患者30例60只眼,只用新淚然滴眼液點(diǎn)眼。4周后,觀察并比較兩組主觀癥狀積分(干澀感、眼部疼痛、異物感、視疲勞、眼紅)、淚液分泌量、淚膜破裂時(shí)間、角膜熒光素染色評(píng)分改善情況。結(jié)果:1.治療組、對(duì)照組治療后淚液分泌量、淚膜破裂時(shí)間較治療前明顯增加(P0.01)。2.治療組、對(duì)照組治療后主觀癥狀積分(干澀感、眼部疼痛、異物感、視疲勞、眼紅)、角膜熒光素染色評(píng)分較治療前降低(P0.01)。3.治療組、對(duì)照組眼部疼痛、眼紅的改善程度均無明顯差異(P0.05)。治療組其余各項(xiàng)指標(biāo)的改善程度以及臨床療效均明顯優(yōu)于對(duì)照組(P0.05,P0.01)。結(jié)論:中藥湯劑滋陰潤肺方口服聯(lián)合新淚然滴眼液點(diǎn)眼可明顯改善干眼患者主觀癥狀感受、眼表體征,且療效明顯優(yōu)于單用新淚然滴眼液。
[Abstract]:Objective: to compare the curative effects of traditional Chinese medicine decoction Ziyin Runfei decoction combined with Xinlangran Eye Drops and New tears Ranyan Eye Drops, and to evaluate the difference of the subjective feeling and the degree of ocular surface symptoms between the two methods. Verify whether traditional Chinese medicine can benefit dry eye patients and provide important support. Materials and methods: 60 cases of dry eye patients were divided into two groups: treatment group (n = 30) and control group (n = 60). 60 eyes of 30 patients in the control group were treated with new tear drops. 4 weeks later, the scores of subjective symptoms (dry feeling, ocular pain, foreign body sensation, visual fatigue, eye red), tear discharge and tear film rupture time were observed and compared between the two groups. Corneal fluorescein staining score improved. Results: 1. In the treatment group, the tear secretion and tear film rupture time were significantly increased after treatment in the control group (P0.01). In the treatment group, the scores of subjective symptoms (dry feeling, eye pain, foreign body sensation, visual fatigue, eye red) and corneal fluorescein staining score were lower than those before treatment (P0.01). There was no significant difference in the improvement of eye pain and eye redness in the treatment group and the control group (P0.05). The improvement degree and clinical efficacy of other indexes in the treatment group were significantly better than those in the control group (P 0.05 P 0.01). Conclusion: traditional Chinese medicine decoction Ziyin Runfei prescription combined with Xinlangran eye drops can obviously improve the subjective symptoms and signs of dry eye patients, and the curative effect is obviously better than that of new tear ran eye drops alone.
