【摘要】：目的:基于數(shù)據(jù)挖掘技術(shù),研究《醫(yī)宗必讀》內(nèi)科病證的方藥應(yīng)用特點(diǎn)。方法:運(yùn)用中醫(yī)傳承輔助平臺(tái)(V2.0)和Excel2003等軟件工具,對(duì)《醫(yī)宗必讀》中35種內(nèi)科病證所應(yīng)用的450首方劑,進(jìn)行藥物頻次、性味歸經(jīng)頻次、類別頻次、高頻次使用藥對(duì)、核心藥物組合、異病同治用方分析,煎服法特色分析。通過多層次、全方位、網(wǎng)絡(luò)化分析,來探討《醫(yī)宗必讀》內(nèi)科病證的方藥應(yīng)用特點(diǎn),整理李中梓獨(dú)特方藥應(yīng)用經(jīng)驗(yàn)。另外,選取《醫(yī)宗必讀》內(nèi)科病證中真中風(fēng)、痢疾、痰飲、汗證等疾病分析其用藥頻次、性味歸經(jīng)頻次、高頻次使用藥對(duì),總結(jié)李中梓對(duì)此四個(gè)內(nèi)科疾病的方藥應(yīng)用特點(diǎn),并結(jié)合《醫(yī)宗必讀》相關(guān)論述對(duì)該四種病證進(jìn)行診治探討。結(jié)果:李中梓在《醫(yī)宗必讀》內(nèi)科病證用方中善用溫平之性的藥物,用藥藥味以辛、苦、甘為重,其用藥歸脾經(jīng)最多,其中理氣藥、補(bǔ)虛藥、溫里藥、化濕藥四類藥平均使用頻次較高,且四類藥中使用頻次最高的分別是陳皮、人參、肉桂、厚樸。其用方中蘊(yùn)含配伍形式多樣的藥對(duì),有19種之多�！夺t(yī)宗必讀》內(nèi)科病證用方以異功散為核心基礎(chǔ)用方�！夺t(yī)宗必讀》內(nèi)科病證用方中的補(bǔ)中益氣湯、六君子湯、理中湯、二陳湯、八味丸、六味丸等方劑應(yīng)用于20%以上的病證中。另外,李氏很注重服藥的方法,重視運(yùn)用引經(jīng)藥。李氏對(duì)真中風(fēng)、痢疾、痰飲、汗證等疾病治療有獨(dú)到的診療經(jīng)驗(yàn)。結(jié)論:《醫(yī)宗必讀》內(nèi)科病證方藥應(yīng)用重視溫補(bǔ),特別重視補(bǔ)氣、溫陽,用藥慎用攻伐;李中梓臨證注重脾腎,尤重脾胃,喜用異功散為核心基礎(chǔ)方來補(bǔ)脾理脾,是典型補(bǔ)土派;臨證用方中應(yīng)用配伍形式多樣的藥對(duì),可有效提高臨床療效;其臨證用方的服藥方法頗具特色,注重運(yùn)用引經(jīng)藥。李氏臨證,皆重視臟腑,突出臟腑辨證,尤重脾胃,是典型“補(bǔ)土派”。
[Abstract]:Objective: based on data mining technology, to study the characteristics of prescription and drug application of medical diseases and syndromes. Methods: using software tools such as traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) inheritance Assistance platform (V2.0) and Excel2003, 450 prescriptions of 35 kinds of medical diseases and syndromes were used, including the frequency of medicine, the frequency of meridian, the frequency of classification, and the frequency of high frequency. Combination of core drugs, analysis of the same treatment of different diseases, analysis of the characteristics of decoction method. Through multi-level, omni-directional and network analysis, this paper discusses the characteristics of the prescription and medicine application of the medical disease syndrome, and collates the unique application experience of Li Zhongzi. In addition, select the true apoplexy, dysentery, phlegm drink, sweating syndrome and other diseases in the medical syndromes to analyze the frequency of drug use, the frequency of returning the sexual flavor to the meridian, the high frequency of the use of medicine pairs, and summarize the characteristics of Li Zhongzi's prescription and medicine application for these four internal diseases. The diagnosis and treatment of the four kinds of syndromes were discussed. Results: Li Zhongzi made good use of Wen Ping's medicine in the prescription of Internal Medicine Disease Syndrome. The medicine flavor was Xin, bitter, and sweet. The medicine was mostly used by the spleen meridian, among which, the medicine for regulating qi, tonifying the deficiency, warming the lipophilic medicine. The average use frequency of the four kinds of drugs is higher, and the highest frequency of the four kinds of drugs is Chen Peel, Ginseng, Cinnamon and Magnolia officinalis. There are as many as 19 kinds of medicine pairs in their prescriptions, and there are as many as 19 kinds of them. The prescription of internal medicine disease syndrome is based on Yigong San. < Yizong must read > the decoction of replenishing Qi in Internal Medicine, the decoction of six Gentlemen, the decoction of Lizhong, the decoction of Li-zhong, the decoction of supplementing Qi, the decoction of six Gentlemen, and the decoction of Lizhong, Erchen decoction, Ba-Wei Pill, Liuwei Pill and other prescriptions are used in more than 20% of the disease syndromes. In addition, Li pays great attention to the method of taking medicine, attaches importance to the use of meridian medicine. Li has unique experience in the treatment of stroke, dysentery, phlegm and sweat syndrome. Conclusion: the medicine of internal diseases and syndromes should pay attention to temperature supplement, especially to invigorate qi, warm yang, and use drugs with caution in cutting. Li Zhongzi's clinical syndrome focuses on spleen and kidney, especially on spleen and stomach, and likes to use Yigong San as the core prescription to replenish spleen and live-spleen, which is a typical school of tonifying soil, and it can effectively improve the clinical curative effect by using various kinds of drugs in the prescription of clinical syndromes. Its clinical use of prescription medicine method is characteristic, pay attention to the use of meridian medicine. Li's clinical syndrome, all attach importance to the viscera, highlighting the zang-fu syndrome, especially the spleen and stomach, is a typical "soil-filling school."
