參芎益心湯對(duì)穩(wěn)定型心絞痛患者血脂及同型半胱氨酸的影響
[Abstract]:Objective: to observe the effect of Shenxiong Yixin decoction on blood lipid, homocysteine and quality of life in patients with stable angina pectoris. Methods: 60 cases of stable angina pectoris of coronary heart disease and 30 cases of TCM syndrome differentiation of Qi deficiency and blood stasis were randomly divided into treatment group and control group. The control group was treated with western medicine standard, the treatment group was treated with Shenxiong Yixin decoction on the basis of western medicine standard treatment, the observation time was 4 weeks. The symptoms of angina pectoris, TCM symptoms, electrocardiogram and blood lipid were observed before and after treatment. The improvement of homocysteine and quality of life was evaluated and the adverse reaction index was monitored. Results: 1. The total effective rate of angina pectoris: the total effective rate of the treatment group was 90 and the total effective rate of the control group was 70. The difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P0.01). The effect of electrocardiogram: the total effective rate of the treatment group was 63.33. The total effective rate of the control group was 60. There was no significant difference between the two groups (P0.05). The curative effect of TCM symptom: the total effective rate of the treatment group was 93.333.The total effective rate of the control group was 66.67. The difference was statistically significant (P0.01). 4. The changes of blood lipid: compared with before treatment, the two groups were improved, the difference was statistically significant (P0.05); After treatment compared with the control group: the level of TC,LDL-C in the treatment group decreased, the difference was statistically significant (P0.01); The change of TG,HDL-C level was not statistically significant (P0.05). The change of homocysteine: compared with before treatment, the level of HCY in treatment group and control group were lower, the difference was statistically significant (P0.05). Compared with the control group, the level of HCY in the treatment group was significantly lower than that in the control group (P0.05). 6. The improvement of quality of life: compared with before treatment, PL,AS,AF,TS, in the treatment group and control group was significantly lower than that in the control group (P0.05). The DP score and the sum of the five scores were increased, the difference was statistically significant (P0.05). After treatment compared with the control group, the treatment group PL,AS,AF,TS,DP score and five scores and higher, the difference was statistically significant (P0.05). Conclusion: 1. Shenxiong Yixin decoction can improve the symptoms, symptoms and quality of life of patients with angina pectoris. 2. Shenxiong Yixin decoction can reduce the level of TC,LDL-C and homocysteine in patients.
