【摘要】：筆者閱讀李德新老師的學(xué)術(shù)著作、專(zhuān)業(yè)論文、臨床醫(yī)案,并通過(guò)學(xué)術(shù)訪(fǎng)談及跟師出診、學(xué)習(xí)經(jīng)典等方式,學(xué)習(xí)及闡述李師致中和思想的理論淵源及其思想內(nèi)涵,并總結(jié)李師中和思想在實(shí)際臨床中的應(yīng)用,以調(diào)脾胃以衡五臟、平陰陽(yáng)以調(diào)臟腑、權(quán)升降以調(diào)氣機(jī)、調(diào)脾胃以和氣血、用甘溫以致平和的方法游刃有余于臨床。李師調(diào)脾胃安五臟致中和學(xué)術(shù)思想綜合百家之長(zhǎng),不偏不倚,處處體現(xiàn)中和,此思想來(lái)源于中國(guó)文化,孔孟之道,基于濃厚的中醫(yī)藥理論基礎(chǔ)和哲學(xué)思想,形成并成就于臨床。
[Abstract]:The author reads Li Dexin's academic works, professional papers, clinical medical records, and through academic interviews and visits with teachers, studies classics, studies and expounds the theoretical origin and ideological connotation of Li Shi's Zhonghe thought. And summarize the application of Li Shizhong's thought in actual clinical practice, in order to adjust spleen and stomach to balance the five viscera, to level yin and yang to regulate viscera, to adjust right ascending and descending to regulate qi and blood, to regulate spleen and stomach with harmony of qi and blood, and to use the method of sweet and warm to smooth out the clinic. Li Shi's academic thoughts of regulating spleen and stomach and five viscera organs and neutralizing the five viscera are comprehensive and unbiased. This thought comes from Chinese culture, Kong Mengzhidao, based on the strong theoretical foundation and philosophical thought of traditional Chinese medicine, and has been formed and achieved in clinical practice.
