窄葉鮮卑花葉揮發(fā)油成分分析

【摘要】:采用水蒸氣蒸餾法提取窄葉鮮卑花葉揮發(fā)油,通過氣相色譜-質(zhì)譜聯(lián)用(GS-MS)技術(shù)對其揮發(fā)油中化合物成分進(jìn)行分析鑒定,并用峰面積歸一化法確定各組分的相對含量。共鑒定出50種化合物,主要成分為:亞油酸(12.85%)、植酮(11.4%)、二十八烷(10.81%)、棕櫚酸(9.22%)、正二十三烷(7.58%)、法尼基丙酮(5.62%)、鄰苯二甲酸二異辛酯(3.29%)、鄰苯二甲酸二異丁酯(3.21%)、肉豆蔻酸(3.03%)、反式-橙花叔醇(2.14%)、月桂酸(2.11%)、雌二醇(1.9%)等。窄葉鮮卑花葉揮發(fā)油種類較多,以脂肪酸、烷烴類和萜類物質(zhì)為主。
[Abstract]:The volatile oil of narrow leaf Xianbei mosaic was extracted by steam distillation. The compounds in the volatile oil were analyzed and identified by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry (GS-MS), and the relative content of each component was determined by the peak area normalization method. A total of 50 compounds were identified, including linoleic acid (12.85%), phytosterone (11.4%), alkane (10.81%), palmitic acid (9.22%), n-23 alkane (7.58%). Phenylacetone (5.62%), diisooctyl phthalate (3.29%), diisobutyl phthalate (3.21%), myristic acid (3.03%), trans-hesperidol (2.14%), Lauric acid (2.11%), estradiol (1.9%), etc. There are many kinds of volatile oils in narrow leaf Xianbei mosaic, mainly fatty acids, alkanes and terpenoids.
