【摘要】：研究目的：利用數(shù)據(jù)挖掘技術(shù),對舒鵬教授治療大腸癌所用藥物進行分析,歸納舒鵬教授治療大腸癌的用藥規(guī)律,初步總結(jié)其臨床經(jīng)驗,以期為同道提供有關(guān)大腸癌治療的參考。研究方法：收集200例舒鵬教授門診治療大腸癌的病歷,進行信息提取整理,將數(shù)據(jù)輸入Microsoft Excel,建立數(shù)據(jù)庫。利用Microsoft Excel,對單味藥物、藥物的分類、藥物的四氣、藥物的五味、藥物的歸經(jīng)進行描述性統(tǒng)計。以SPSS Modeler 14.1作為數(shù)據(jù)挖掘平臺,利用數(shù)據(jù)挖掘技術(shù)中的關(guān)聯(lián)規(guī)則分析,分析藥物之間的關(guān)聯(lián)情況。結(jié)果：200例病歷共涉及藥物155味,共使用藥物頻次3550,使用頻率≥20%的藥物24種,前十位的藥物分別為：甘草、白術(shù)、茯苓、陳皮、半夏、黃芪、山藥、黃連、烏梅、白芍。所使用藥物按藥物功效可分為18類,使用頻率前五位依次為補虛藥、清熱藥、理氣藥、利水滲濕藥、化痰止咳平喘藥；藥物四氣使用頻率前三位依次為溫、平、寒；藥物五味使用頻率前三位依次為甘、苦、辛；藥物歸經(jīng)頻率前五位分別為脾經(jīng)、肺經(jīng)、胃經(jīng)、肝經(jīng)、心經(jīng)。藥物的關(guān)聯(lián)規(guī)則分析中置信度前三位的藥物組為：陳皮→÷半夏、半夏→陳皮、白術(shù)→÷白芍,支持度前三位的藥物組為：茯苓→白術(shù)、陳皮→白術(shù)、半夏→÷白術(shù)。結(jié)論：通過對舒鵬教授治療大腸癌的用藥進行數(shù)據(jù)挖掘,得出舒鵬教授治療大腸癌以補虛扶正,健脾助運為基本治法,以“養(yǎng)正以除積”為治療理念。
[Abstract]:Objective: to analyze the drugs used by Professor Shupeng in the treatment of colorectal cancer by using data mining technology, and to sum up the rule of drug use in the treatment of colorectal cancer by Professor Shupeng, and to sum up the clinical experience of Professor Shupeng preliminarily.
