【摘要】：目的:評價針刺穴位與穴旁淺刺治療復(fù)發(fā)緩解型多發(fā)性硬化(RRMS)緩解期患者的療效差異。方法:將42例RRMS緩解期患者隨機分為觀察組和對照組,每組21例。觀察組予以基礎(chǔ)治療加金針王樂亭經(jīng)驗方"老十針""督脈十三針""手足十二針"及隨癥加減穴位針刺治療,對照組予以基礎(chǔ)治療及以上穴位旁開2~3分淺刺不得氣治療,兩組均每日針刺1次,每周針刺5 d,每月連續(xù)針刺2周、休息2周,共治療3個月,并隨訪2年。觀察兩組患者治療前及治療后隨訪時擴展殘疾狀態(tài)量表(EDSS)評分變化、治療前后年復(fù)發(fā)率變化以及治療后復(fù)發(fā)間隔時間。結(jié)果:觀察組隨訪3、6個月時EDSS評分較治療前下降(均P0.05);隨訪12、24個月時EDSS評分上升(均P0.05);對照組隨訪3、6、12、24個月時,EDSS評分呈持續(xù)上升趨勢(均P0.05);隨訪各時點觀察組EDSS評分變化值小于對照組(P0.05,P0.01)。兩組治療后年復(fù)發(fā)率均較治療前降低(均P0.01),且觀察組低于對照組(P0.01);觀察組的復(fù)發(fā)間隔時間較對照組延長[(441.56±65.37)d vs(382.78±59.33)d,P0.01]。結(jié)論:針刺王樂亭驗方經(jīng)穴治療緩解期RRMS患者療效顯著,可以改善神經(jīng)功能缺損癥狀,延長發(fā)病間隔時限,降低年復(fù)發(fā)率。
[Abstract]:Objective: to evaluate the difference of therapeutic effect between acupoints and superficial acupoints in the remission stage of recurrent multiple sclerosis (RRMS). Methods: 42 patients with RRMS in remission period were randomly divided into observation group and control group with 21 cases in each group. The observation group was treated with basic treatment plus "old ten needles", "thirteen needles of du vein", "twelve acupuncture of hand and foot" and acupuncture with syndrome and subtractive acupoints, while the control group was treated with basic treatment and 2 ~ 3 points of superficial pricking beside the above acupoints without gas treatment, the observation group was treated with basic treatment plus "old ten needles", "du pulse thirteen needles" and "12 acupuncture points". The two groups were treated with acupuncture once a day for 5 days a week for 2 weeks, rest for 2 weeks, and followed up for 2 years. The changes of (EDSS) score before and after treatment, the annual recurrence rate before and after treatment and the interval between the two groups were observed. Results: the EDSS score of the observation group decreased after 3 months of follow-up (P0.05), the EDSS score of the control group increased at 12 months and 24 months (P0.05), and the EDSS score of the control group continued to increase at the follow-up of 6 days and 24 months (P0.05). The change of EDSS score in the observation group was lower than that in the control group at all time points (P0.05, P0.01). The recurrence rate of the two groups after treatment was lower than that before treatment (P0.01), and the observation group was lower than the control group (P0.01). The interval of recurrence in the observation group was longer than that in the control group [(441.56 鹵65.37) d vs (, 382.78 鹵59.33) dg, P0.01]. Conclusion: acupuncture with Wang Leting prescription has a significant therapeutic effect on patients with RRMS in remission period. It can improve the symptom of nerve function defect, prolong the time of onset interval and reduce the annual recurrence rate.
