【摘要】：目的:研究補(bǔ)陽(yáng)還五湯配合針灸治療腦中風(fēng)后遺癥的效果。方法:病例選取本院2014年2月—2015年10月60例腦中風(fēng)后遺癥患者。隨機(jī)將60例患者分為常規(guī)組和中藥+針灸組。常規(guī)組采取西醫(yī)方法治療;中藥+針灸組采取補(bǔ)陽(yáng)還五湯配合針灸治療。比較(1)腦中風(fēng)后遺癥臨床治療效果;(2)干預(yù)前和干預(yù)后患者生活質(zhì)量的差異;(3)干預(yù)前和干預(yù)后患者神經(jīng)功能缺損評(píng)分、Barthel指數(shù)、血漿黏度的差異。結(jié)果:(1)中藥+針灸組對(duì)比常規(guī)組腦中風(fēng)后遺癥臨床治療效果更高,P0.05;(2)干預(yù)前兩組生活質(zhì)量相似,P0.05;干預(yù)后中藥+針灸組對(duì)比常規(guī)組生活質(zhì)量改善更顯著,P0.05;(3)干預(yù)前兩組神經(jīng)功能缺損評(píng)分、Barthel指數(shù)、血漿黏度相似,P0.05;干預(yù)后中藥+針灸組對(duì)比常規(guī)組神經(jīng)功能缺損評(píng)分、Barthel指數(shù)、血漿黏度改善更顯著,P0.05。結(jié)論:補(bǔ)陽(yáng)還五湯配合針灸治療腦中風(fēng)后遺癥效果確切,可有效減輕患者神經(jīng)功能缺損,促進(jìn)其血漿黏度的降低,改善患者生活活動(dòng)能力,提高其生存質(zhì)量,值得推廣。
[Abstract]:Objective: to study the effect of Buyang Huanwu decoction combined with acupuncture on the sequelae of cerebral apoplexy. Methods: 60 patients with sequelae of cerebral apoplexy were selected from Feb 2014 to Oct 2015. 60 patients were randomly divided into routine group and traditional Chinese medicine acupuncture group. The routine group was treated with western medicine and the traditional Chinese medicine acupuncture group was treated with Buyang Huanwu decoction combined with acupuncture and moxibustion. The difference of quality of life between patients before and after intervention and before and after intervention; (3) the difference of neurological deficit score, Barthel index and plasma viscosity before and after intervention. Results: (1) the clinical effect of acupuncture and moxibustion group was higher than that of routine group (P0.05), (2) the quality of life of the two groups before intervention was similar (P0.05). After intervention, the quality of life in the acupuncture and moxibustion group was significantly improved than that in the routine group (P0.05). (3) the neurological impairment score, Barthel index and plasma viscosity of the two groups before intervention were similar (P0.05). After intervention, the scores of neurological impairment, Barthel index and plasma viscosity in the acupuncture and moxibustion group were significantly improved than those in the routine group (P 0.05). Conclusion: Buyang Huanwu decoction combined with acupuncture and moxibustion is effective in treating the sequelae of cerebral apoplexy. It can effectively reduce the neurological function of patients, promote the decrease of plasma viscosity, improve the living ability of patients and improve their quality of life. It is worth popularizing.
