【摘要】：目的:本研究通過針刺和熱敏灸大腸背俞穴、募穴、下合穴(大腸俞、天樞、上巨虛)治療功能性便秘,觀察兩種方法對功能性便秘患者的便秘癥狀改善情況,比較針刺和熱敏灸治療功能性便秘的療效,為有效治療功能性便秘尋求舒適高效的治療方案。方法:將符合納入標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的50例功能性便秘患者按數(shù)字表法隨機(jī)分為針刺組(25例)和熱敏灸組(25例),兩組均無脫落,兩組均選取大腸俞、天樞、上巨虛各熱敏穴治療,每組治療4周。收集患者“功能性便秘日記卡”,對兩組患者治療前、治療第2周、第4周及1個(gè)月隨訪的周自主排便次數(shù)、糞便性狀及排便困難程度評(píng)分,并對數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行統(tǒng)計(jì)與分析。結(jié)果:1.兩組功能性便秘患者基線期分組比較均衡,性別、年齡、病程無顯著性意義(P0.05),具有可比性。2.兩組內(nèi)比較:與治療前相比,治療2周、4周及1月后隨訪,兩組患者周排便次數(shù)、大便性狀及排便困難程度評(píng)分均有改善(P0.05);與治療2周比,熱敏灸組患者治療第4周改善患者排便困難程度療效更佳,有顯著性差異(P0.05)。3.兩組間比較:患者周排便次數(shù)、大便性狀、排便困難程度評(píng)分比較無顯著性差異(P0.05)。結(jié)論:1.針刺與熱敏灸大腸俞募合敏化穴對功能性便秘均有治療效果,隨著治療周期的延長,其療效也在增加,并且1個(gè)月后隨訪仍有療效。2.熱敏灸對排便困難程度的改善情況優(yōu)于針刺治療。
[Abstract]:Objective: to study the treatment of functional constipation by acupuncture and heat sensitive moxibustion on the points of large intestine back Shu, Jun point and Xia he point (Dachang Shu, Tianshu, Shangzuxu), and to observe the improvement of constipation symptoms in patients with functional constipation. To compare the efficacy of acupuncture and heat sensitive moxibustion in the treatment of functional constipation. Methods: 50 patients with functional constipation were randomly divided into acupuncture group (25 cases) and heat sensitive moxibustion group (25 cases). Each group was treated for 4 weeks. Functional constipation diary cards were collected, and the number of spontaneous defecation, fecal traits and defecation difficulty scores of the two groups of patients were followed up for 2 weeks, 4 weeks and 1 month before treatment, and the data were statistically analyzed. Results: 1. The groups of functional constipation patients in baseline period were more balanced, gender, age, course of disease were not significant (P0.05), comparable. 2. Comparison between the two groups: compared with before treatment, 2 weeks, 4 weeks and 1 month follow-up, the two groups of patients defecation times, defecation traits and defecation difficulty score improved (P0.05); Compared with the treatment for 2 weeks, the Thermosensitive moxibustion group had a better effect on improving defecation difficulty in the 4th week (P0.05). There was no significant difference between the two groups in the number of times of weekly defecation, defecation traits, defecation difficulty score (P0.05). Conclusion: 1. Acupuncture and heat sensitive moxibustion of Dachang Shu Funhe sensitized point had therapeutic effect on functional constipation. With the prolongation of treatment cycle, the curative effect was also increasing, and the follow-up was still effective after 1 month. 2. Thermosensitive moxibustion improved defecation difficulty better than acupuncture.
