【摘要】：目的:觀察痤瘡膏對濕熱型輕中度尋常痤瘡的療效及對患者面部皮脂分泌率(SER)的影響。方法:本試驗采取隨機對照方式對61例病例予以分組,治療組32例,對照組29例。治療組予痤瘡膏外用,對照組予阿達帕林凝膠外用,兩組同時另予石膏倒模治療。在治療前填寫患者基本情況,治療過程中每周復(fù)診1次。4周為1個療程,療程結(jié)束后,觀察記錄兩組患者的皮脂分泌率的變化、各項皮損積分變化及可能出現(xiàn)的不良反應(yīng)。療程結(jié)束后隨訪4周并統(tǒng)計復(fù)發(fā)率。結(jié)果:1.療程結(jié)束后,治療組總有效率為87.50%,對照組總有效率為69.00%。兩組比較,差異有統(tǒng)計學意義(p0.05)。2.療程結(jié)束后,治療組皮損程度評分平均0.75±0.98分;皮損數(shù)量評分平均0.69±0.96分;皮損顏色評分平均0.69±0.97分;皮損腫痛評分平均0.13±0.49分。對照組皮損程度評分平均1.38±1.32分;皮損數(shù)量評分平均1.31±1.22分;皮損顏色評分平均1.38±1.21分;皮損腫痛評分平均0.13±0.49分。治療后,兩組之間各項皮損積分相比較,治療組均優(yōu)于對照組,差異有統(tǒng)計學意義(p0.05)。3.療程結(jié)束后,治療組皮脂分泌率平均1.28±0.20μg/cm2·min;對照組皮脂分泌率平均1.56±0.21μg/cm2·min。兩組患者皮脂分泌率較治療前均有顯著下降,差異有統(tǒng)計學意義(p0.05);且治療組明顯優(yōu)于對照組,差異有統(tǒng)計學意義(p0.05)。4.療程結(jié)束后隨訪4周,兩組痊愈患者中共復(fù)發(fā)3例,其中治療組2例,復(fù)發(fā)率為28.57%;對照組1例,復(fù)發(fā)率為50.00%。兩組之間無顯著差異,故無統(tǒng)計學意義(p0.05)。結(jié)論:痤瘡膏對濕熱型輕中度尋常痤瘡患者的面部皮脂分泌率有顯著降低作用,在改善患者面部皮損嚴重程度方面臨床療效顯著,并且安全性高。
[Abstract]:Objective: to observe the effect of acne ointment on mild-moderate acne vulgaris and the effect of acne ointment on facial sebum secretion rate (SER). Methods: 61 cases were randomly divided into treatment group (n = 32) and control group (n = 29). The treatment group was treated with acne ointment, the control group was treated with adaphalin gel, and the two groups were treated with plaster reverse model. The basic condition of the patients was filled in before treatment. During the course of treatment, the patients were treated once a week, 4 weeks as a course of treatment. After the course of treatment, the changes of sebum secretion rate, the changes of each lesion score and the possible adverse reactions were observed and recorded. The patients were followed up for 4 weeks after the course of treatment and the recurrence rate was calculated. Results: 1. After the course of treatment, the total effective rate was 87.50 in the treatment group and 69.00 in the control group. The difference between the two groups was statistically significant (p0.05). At the end of the course of treatment, the average score was 0.75 鹵0.98 in the treatment group, 0.69 鹵0.96 in the number of lesions, 0.69 鹵0.97 in the color and 0.13 鹵0.49 in the lesion. In the control group, the average score was 1.38 鹵1.32, the number of lesions was 1.31 鹵1.22, the average color score was 1.38 鹵1.21, and the average score was 0.13 鹵0.49. After treatment, the treatment group was better than the control group, the difference was statistically significant (p0.05). After the course of treatment, the average sebum secretion rate in the treatment group was 1. 28 鹵0. 20 渭 g/cm2 min;. The average sebum secretion rate in the control group was 1. 56 鹵0. 21 渭 g/cm2 min.. The sebum secretion rate of the two groups was significantly lower than that before treatment, the difference was statistically significant (p0.05), and the treatment group was significantly better than the control group, the difference was statistically significant (p0.05). At the end of 4 weeks follow-up, 3 cases were cured in both groups, including 2 cases in the treatment group with a recurrence rate of 28.57 and 1 case in the control group with a recurrence rate of 50.00g. There was no significant difference between the two groups (p 0.05). Conclusion: acne ointment can significantly reduce the secretion rate of facial sebum in patients with mild and moderate acne vulgaris of damp-heat type, and has a significant clinical effect in improving the severity of facial skin lesions, and has a high safety.
