【摘要】：目的:分析舒血寧注射液臨床不同用藥劑量對(duì)肝功能影響。方法:選取2015年6月—2016年6月本院收治的60例患者為研究對(duì)象,隨機(jī)分為各30例,對(duì)照組給予說(shuō)明書(shū)推薦劑量,20 m L/次,1次/d,實(shí)驗(yàn)組給予超說(shuō)明書(shū)用藥劑量,21~50 m L/次,1次/d,觀察兩組患者治療前后ALT、AST等指標(biāo)變化。結(jié)果:治療前,兩組ALT、AST對(duì)比,差異不顯著,治療后,實(shí)驗(yàn)組的ALT、AST均高于治療前與對(duì)照組,但經(jīng)比較,差異不顯著。經(jīng)單因素分析顯示,舒血寧注射液臨床用藥與年齡、性別與病情嚴(yán)重程度有關(guān);經(jīng)多因素分析證實(shí),高齡、男性及危急證為獨(dú)立危險(xiǎn)因素。結(jié)論:臨床上舒血寧注射液超過(guò)說(shuō)明書(shū)推薦劑量可能影響著患者肝功能,實(shí)踐中應(yīng)根據(jù)說(shuō)明書(shū)及患者具體病情,設(shè)計(jì)個(gè)性化與針對(duì)性的用藥方案,以此保證用藥有效性與安全性。
[Abstract]:Objective: to analyze the effect of different dosage of Shuxuening injection on liver function. Methods: 60 patients treated in our hospital from June 2015 to June 2016 were randomly divided into three groups. The control group was given the recommended dosage of the instruction, 20 mL / time, once a day, and the experimental group was given the dosage of the overdose. The changes of ALT,AST were observed before and after treatment. Results: before treatment, there was no significant difference in ALT,AST between the two groups. After treatment, the ALT,AST of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group, but the difference was not significant. Univariate analysis showed that the clinical use of Shuxuening injection was related to age, sex and severity of the disease, and the elderly, male and critical syndrome were independent risk factors by multivariate analysis. Conclusion: clinical application of Shuxuening injection in excess of the recommended dose may affect the liver function of the patients. In practice, individualized and targeted drug use schemes should be designed according to the instructions and the specific condition of the patients. In order to ensure the efficacy and safety of medication.
