【摘要】：祛濕法為濕證所立,是中醫(yī)學(xué)重要的治療方法之一。濕邪致病具有廣泛性,祛濕法的研究有其現(xiàn)實(shí)意義,但是祛濕法的概念及機(jī)理等有關(guān)理論有待于深化和系統(tǒng)。鑒于此,本文在對(duì)祛濕法及其相關(guān)文獻(xiàn)資料整理分析的基礎(chǔ)上,進(jìn)一步細(xì)化并完善了祛濕法理論,不僅體現(xiàn)系統(tǒng)研究祛濕法理論的指導(dǎo)意義,而且為臨床濕病的治療提供理論依據(jù)。本研究主要采取文獻(xiàn)研究和理論探討相結(jié)合的方法,在閱讀歷代醫(yī)家有關(guān)祛濕法的論著基礎(chǔ)上,對(duì)祛濕法的理論及指導(dǎo)意義進(jìn)行探討。通過對(duì)與祛濕法緊密相關(guān)的濕及濕邪等核心概念的系統(tǒng)闡述,明確了祛濕法的理論依據(jù);在闡述祛濕法指導(dǎo)思想、治則與治法關(guān)系的基礎(chǔ)上,進(jìn)一步探討了祛濕法的立法原則和祛濕法內(nèi)涵,歸納并闡釋了祛濕法的治療機(jī)理;通過對(duì)祛濕法的分類、具體應(yīng)用及其應(yīng)用規(guī)律的系統(tǒng)研究與探討,為祛濕法的臨床應(yīng)用提供了理論依據(jù),體現(xiàn)了祛濕法的臨床意義。
[Abstract]:The method of removing dampness is one of the most important treatment methods in traditional Chinese medicine. The research on the method of removing dampness has its practical significance, but the related theories such as the concept and mechanism of the method of dispelling dampness need to be deepened and systematized. In view of this, based on the analysis of the method of removing dampness and its related documents, this paper further refines and perfects the theory of eliminating dampness, which not only embodies the guiding significance of systematic research on the theory of eliminating dampness. And to provide the theoretical basis for the treatment of clinical dampness disease. This research mainly adopts the method of combining literature research and theoretical discussion, and on the basis of reading the works of the doctors of past dynasties about the method of removing dampness, the paper probes into the theory and guiding significance of the method of dispelling dampness. Through the systematic elaboration of the core concepts of dampness and dampness which are closely related to the method of dispelling dampness, the theoretical basis of the method of dispelling dampness is clarified. On the basis of expounding the guiding ideology of dispelling dampness and the relationship between the principle of treatment and the method of treating dampness, the legislative principle and connotation of the method of dispelling dampness are further discussed, and the therapeutic mechanism of the method of dispelling dampness is summarized and explained. Through the systematic research and discussion on the classification, concrete application and application law of the method of removing dampness, it provides a theoretical basis for the clinical application of the method of removing dampness, and embodies the clinical significance of the method of removing dampness.
