【摘要】：目的:研究維藥麥孜彼子丸對非細菌性前列腺炎大鼠模型炎癥及細胞因子的影響,探討維藥治療慢性前列腺炎的作用機制。方法:采用角叉菜膠所致大鼠非細菌性前列腺炎模型,隨機分成6組,實驗組動物給予灌胃治療,給藥42天后處死動物,光鏡觀察各組動物前列腺組織的病理改變,通過ELISA法檢測各組動物血清及前列腺組織中IL-1β、IL-6、TNF-α、PGE2的水平和血清中酸性磷酸酶ACP,PAP,Tr ACP的活性。結(jié)果:與模型組比較,麥孜彼子丸給藥14g/Kg、28g/kg大鼠的前列腺濕重、白細胞數(shù)明顯的降低而卵磷脂小體數(shù)目生升高,維藥麥孜彼子丸7g/kg、14g/kg、28g/kg劑量均抑制了大鼠動物血清中IL-1β、IL-6、TNF-α水平;與模型組比較各組PGE2水平?jīng)]有顯著差異。與模型組比較麥子彼孜丸14g/kg,28g/kg劑量和前列通瘀片組血清中的PAP活性明顯低于模型組。而麥孜彼子丸28g/kg和前列通瘀片6g/kg血清中的ACP活性明顯低于模型組;與正常組比較模型組和各組Tr ACP之間無明顯差異。結(jié)論:麥孜彼子丸能夠明顯減輕模型大鼠前列腺炎癥反應(yīng)。
[Abstract]:Aim: to study the effect of Weiyao Maizi Pill on inflammation and cytokines in rats with non-bacterial prostatitis and to explore the mechanism of treatment of chronic prostatitis. Methods: the rat model of non-bacterial prostatitis induced by carrageenin was randomly divided into 6 groups. The experimental group was treated by gastric perfusion, and the animals were killed 42 days after administration. The pathological changes of prostate tissue in each group were observed under light microscope. The levels of IL-1 尾, IL-6,TNF- 偽, PGE2 in serum and prostate tissue and the activity of acid phosphatase ACP,PAP,Tr ACP in serum were detected by ELISA method. Results: compared with the model group, Meizibizi pill was given 14g / kg Kg / 28g / kg rat prostatic wet weight, white blood cell count decreased obviously, and the number of lecithin bodies increased. The Weiyingmaizibizi pill was 7 g / kg ~ (14 g / kg) of prostatic weight and 14 g 路kg ~ (-1) 路kg ~ (-1) of prostatic gland. 28g/kg dose inhibited the levels of IL-1 尾 and IL-6,TNF- 偽 in serum of rats. There was no significant difference in PGE2 level between each group and model group. Compared with the model group, the serum PAP activity of the Maizi Bizi pill (14g / kg) and Qianlie Tongyu tablet group (28g / kg) was significantly lower than that of the model group. The activity of ACP in the serum of 28g/kg and Qianlietongyu tablets was significantly lower than that of the model group, and there was no significant difference between the model group and the normal group in the activity of ACP between the model group and the control group. Conclusion: maizibizi pill can obviously alleviate the inflammatory reaction of prostate in model rats.
