【摘要】：目的:建立藏藥水柏枝的質(zhì)量標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。方法:從性狀特征、顯微特征、薄層色譜(TLC)方面對(duì)藥材進(jìn)行定性鑒別;檢測(cè)藥材水分、灰分和浸出物的含量;采用高效液相色譜法(HPLC)測(cè)定藥材中沒(méi)食子酸的含量:色譜柱為Diamonsil C_(18),流動(dòng)相為乙腈-0.1%磷酸溶液(5∶95,V/V),流速為1.0 mL/min,檢測(cè)波長(zhǎng)為270 nm,柱溫為30℃,進(jìn)樣量為10μL。結(jié)果:水柏枝呈圓柱形,有多數(shù)窄條形互生小葉,質(zhì)脆,易折斷,氣微,味淡。木栓細(xì)胞表面和下表皮細(xì)胞表面可見(jiàn)多角形,木纖維多成束,草酸鈣簇晶眾多。TLC圖斑點(diǎn)清晰,分離度良好。水分為6.83%~8.12%,總灰分為4.01%~5.01%,酸不溶性灰分為1.06%~1.98%,水浸出物為17.91%~22.65%,醇浸出物為11.29%~15.51%。沒(méi)食子酸檢測(cè)質(zhì)量濃度線性范圍為3.13~50μg/mL(r=0.999 7),精密度、穩(wěn)定性、重復(fù)試驗(yàn)的RSD1.0%,沒(méi)食子酸加樣回收率為94.0%~100.8%(RSD=2.27%,n=9)。結(jié)論:該研究所建標(biāo)準(zhǔn)可用于藏藥水柏枝的質(zhì)量評(píng)價(jià)。
