藏藥印度獐芽菜石油醚部位化學(xué)成分及體外活性研究

【摘要】:采用各種柱色譜以及重結(jié)晶等方法對(duì)印度獐芽菜石油醚萃取部位進(jìn)行化學(xué)成分研究。通過(guò)理化性質(zhì)和波譜數(shù)據(jù)分析鑒定了15個(gè)化合物,包括8個(gè)釫酮,2個(gè)三萜,1個(gè)裂環(huán)烯醚萜,1個(gè)香豆素和3個(gè)其他類化合物,分別為1,8-二羥基-3,5-二甲氧基釫酮(1)、1-羥基-3,7,8-三甲氧基釫酮(2)、1,8-二羥基-3,5,7-三甲氧基釫酮(3)、1-羥基-3,5,7,8-四甲氧基釫酮(4)、1,5,8-三羥基-3-甲氧基釫酮(5)、1-羥基-3,7-二甲氧基釫酮(6)、1,8-二羥基-3,7-二甲氧基釫酮(7)、1-羥基-3,5-二甲氧基釫酮(8)、古柯二醇(9)、齊墩果酸(10)、(±)-龍膽內(nèi)酯(11)、東莨菪內(nèi)酯(12)、芥子醛(13)、丁香醛(14)、β-谷甾醇(15)。其中化合物3,4,9,11~14為首次從該植物中分離得到,化合物9和12為首次從獐芽菜屬中發(fā)現(xiàn)。對(duì)5個(gè)量大釫酮1,2,5,7,8進(jìn)行體外活性測(cè)試,結(jié)果顯示其在最高濃度50μmol·L~(-1)對(duì)胰腺癌細(xì)胞SW1990和Bx PC-3的增殖和過(guò)氧化氫(H_2O_2)誘導(dǎo)的人臍靜脈融合細(xì)胞EA.hy926氧化應(yīng)激損傷均無(wú)明顯作用。
[Abstract]:The chemical constituents of petroleum ether extracted from Aeurotus sinensis were studied by column chromatography and recrystallization. Fifteen compounds including 8 ketones, 2 triterpenoids, 1 cleft ring ether terpene, 1 coumarin and 3 other compounds were identified by physical and chemical properties and spectral data analysis. The results were as follows: 1 (1), (1), (1), (1), (2), (1), (3), (3), (3), (3), (3), respectively, (1), (2), (3), (3), (3), (3), (3), (3), (3), (3), (3), (3), respectively, (7) -tetramethoxy ketone (4), 1-trihydroxy-3-methoxy ketone (5), 1-hydroxy-3-trihydroxy-3-dimethoxy ketone (6), 1-dihydroxy-3-trimethoxy ketone (7), 1-hydroxy-3-dimethoxy ketone (8), coca diol (9), oleanolic acid (10), (鹵) -gentian lactone (11), scopolactone (12), mustard aldehyde (13), eugenaldehyde (14), 尾 -sitosterol (15). Among them, compound 3O4C4C9A1111C14 was isolated from the plant for the first time, and compounds 9 and 12 were found for the first time from the genus Aeurourotus, and compounds 9 and 12 were isolated from the plant for the first time. In vitro activity tests were carried out for 5 doses of 1, 2, 2, 5, 5, 5, 5, 1, 5, 5, 1, 5, 5, 5, 5 The results showed that at the highest concentration of 50 渭 mol L ~ (-1), the proliferation of pancreatic cancer cells SW1990 and Bx PC-3 and the oxidative stress injury induced by hydrogen peroxide (H_2O_2) in human umbilical vein fusion cells were not obvious.
