【摘要】：五運(yùn)六氣學(xué)說基于"天人合一"整體觀念的中醫(yī)理論基礎(chǔ),成為傳統(tǒng)醫(yī)學(xué)的璀璨瑰寶,隨著當(dāng)今疾病復(fù)雜程度的加深、疾病流行情況的變化,運(yùn)氣理論在臨床的應(yīng)用更顯重要。在預(yù)測、預(yù)防及治療當(dāng)代氣候過極對人體作用后所產(chǎn)生的疾病尤為適用。通過詳細(xì)分析一則乙未年運(yùn)用備化湯加味的案例,從疾病的病機(jī)出發(fā),辨證施治的同時(shí)結(jié)合運(yùn)氣特點(diǎn)選方用藥,在治療外感所引發(fā)的疾病中取得顯著療效。
[Abstract]:The theory of "combining nature with man" has become the gems of traditional medicine. With the deepening of disease complexity and the change of disease epidemic situation, the theory of luck is more important in clinical application. The prediction, prevention and treatment of diseases caused by the effects of contemporary climatic extremes are particularly applicable. Through the detailed analysis of a case in which the decoction was prepared in the year of the second year, starting from the pathogenesis of the disease, combining with the characteristics of luck and syndrome differentiation, the prescription was selected to obtain a remarkable curative effect in the treatment of the diseases caused by exogenous diseases.
