【摘要】：目的:探討滋腎化痰方聯(lián)合唑來膦酸對腫瘤骨轉(zhuǎn)移患者生活質(zhì)量的改善及對血清BSP指數(shù)的影響。方法:采用前瞻性、隨機(jī)對照研究方法,將60例腫瘤骨轉(zhuǎn)移患者按照1:1隨機(jī)分為中西醫(yī)結(jié)合組和西藥組。中西醫(yī)結(jié)合組給予滋腎化痰方和唑來膦酸聯(lián)合治療,西藥組單獨給予唑來膦酸治療。采用EORTCQLQ-SF-36生活質(zhì)量調(diào)查問卷評分,檢測血清BSP指數(shù),對骨疼痛程度進(jìn)行評分比較。結(jié)果:在軀體功能、角色功能、情緒功能、物理癥狀及整體健康狀況方面評分中西醫(yī)結(jié)合組比西藥組下降明顯,與西藥組評分比較差異有統(tǒng)學(xué)計學(xué)意義(P0.05),中西醫(yī)結(jié)合組血清BSP指數(shù)比西藥組下降明顯,兩組比較差異有統(tǒng)學(xué)計學(xué)意義(P0.05)。中西醫(yī)結(jié)合組疼痛緩解程度明顯優(yōu)于西藥組,與西藥組評分比較差異有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(P0.05)。結(jié)論:滋腎化痰方聯(lián)合唑來膦酸具有明顯改善骨轉(zhuǎn)移癌患者生活質(zhì)量、降低血清BSP指數(shù)、減輕骨疼痛程度的作用。
[Abstract]:Objective: to investigate the effect of Zishen Huatan recipe combined with zoledronic acid on quality of life and serum BSP index in patients with bone metastasis. Methods: according to 1:1, 60 patients with bone metastasis were randomly divided into two groups: the group of integrated Chinese and western medicine and the group of western medicine. Combined therapy of Zishen Huatan recipe and zoledronic acid was given in the integrated Chinese and western medicine group, and zoledronic acid alone in the western medicine group. The quality of life questionnaire (QOL) of EORTCQLQ-SF-36 was used to measure the serum BSP index and to compare the severity of bone pain. Results: the scores of somatic function, role function, emotional function, physical symptom and overall health status in the integrated Chinese and western medicine group were significantly lower than those in the western medicine group, and there was a significant difference between the scores of the traditional Chinese and western medicine group and that of the western medicine group (P0.05). The serum BSP index of the integrated Chinese and western medicine group was significantly lower than that of the western medicine group, and the difference between the two groups had statistical significance (P0.05). The pain relief degree of the integrated Chinese and western medicine group was significantly better than that of the western medicine group, and there was significant difference between the western medicine group and the western medicine group (P0.05). Conclusion: Zishen Huatan recipe combined with zoledronic acid can significantly improve the quality of life, reduce serum BSP index and alleviate bone pain in patients with metastatic bone cancer.
