【摘要】：目的:觀察健脾益腎推拿法治療腦癱患兒姿勢運動發(fā)育異常的臨床療效,為臨床治療小兒腦癱提供一種新的治療方法和思路。方法:按照納入標準選擇60例病例,根據隨機數字表法將其隨機分為實驗組和對照組,每組各30例。實驗組采用健脾益腎推拿法及康復治療,對照組采用康復治療。使用粗大運動功能評價量表(GMFM)對治療前及治療3個療程后患兒姿勢運動發(fā)育進行評分并記錄,對所得數據進行統(tǒng)計學分析并做出療效評價。結果:1.兩組患兒治療前后粗大運動功能評價量表(GMFM)各區(qū)評分比較,實驗組A區(qū)(仰臥和翻身)、B區(qū)(坐)、C區(qū)(爬和跪)、D區(qū)(站立)、E區(qū)(走跑跳)姿勢運動發(fā)育差異有統(tǒng)計學意義(P0.05);對照組A區(qū)(仰臥和翻身)、B區(qū)(坐)、C區(qū)(爬和跪)、D區(qū)(站立)、E區(qū)(走跑跳)姿勢運動發(fā)育差異有統(tǒng)計學意義(P0.05);2.兩組患兒治療后粗大運動功能評價量表(GMFM)各區(qū)評分比較,A區(qū)、B區(qū)差異有統(tǒng)計學意義(P0.05),C區(qū)、D區(qū)、E區(qū)差異無統(tǒng)計學意義(P0.05);3.兩組患兒治療前后粗大運動功能評價量表(GMFM)總評分組內比較,差異均有統(tǒng)計學意義(P0.05);4.兩組患兒治療后,粗大運動功能評價量表(GMFM)評分組間比較,差異有統(tǒng)計學意義(P0.05);5.兩組患兒姿勢運動發(fā)育異常療效經比較,試驗組有效率為90%,對照組有效率為83.33%,差異有統(tǒng)計學意義(P0.05);6.兩組患兒在治療中均未出現(xiàn)與推拿相關的骨折、出血、暈厥、感染、軟組織損傷等不良反應。結論:1.健脾益腎推拿法結合康復治療與單純康復治療均能改善患兒姿勢運動發(fā)育異常的情況;2.健脾益腎推拿法結合康復治療療效優(yōu)于單純康復治療;3.健脾益腎推拿法結合康復治療在改善患兒仰臥、翻身、坐立能力三方面療效優(yōu)于改善爬跪、站立、走、跑、跳能力。
[Abstract]:Objective: To observe the clinical effect of strengthening the spleen and tonifying the kidney to treat the abnormal posture of children with cerebral palsy, and to provide a new treatment method and thought for the treatment of cerebral palsy in children. Methods: 60 cases were selected according to the criteria of inclusion, and they were randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group according to the random digital form method. The experimental group adopted the method of strengthening the spleen and benefiting the kidney and the rehabilitation treatment, and the control group adopted the rehabilitation treatment. The movement and development of the posture of the children before and after 3 courses of treatment were scored and recorded by using the coarse motion function evaluation scale (GMFM), and the data obtained were statistically analyzed and the efficacy evaluation was made. Results: 1. The results showed that there was a significant difference between the two groups in the group A (supine and turn-over), B (sitting), C (climbing and kneeling), D (standing), and E (walking), and the difference of the movement of the two groups was statistically significant (P0.05). In control group A (supine and turn-over), B (sitting), C (climbing and kneeling), D-region (standing) and E-region (walking-jump) posture were statistically significant (P0.05); There was no significant difference between the two groups (P0.05). The difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P0.05). The difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P0.05). The effective rate of the test group was 90%, the effective rate of the control group was 83.3%, and the difference was statistically significant (P0.05). There were no side effects such as fracture, hemorrhage, carsickness, infection, soft tissue injury, etc. in both groups. Conclusion: 1. The combination of the strengthening of the spleen and the kidney and the combination of the rehabilitation and the simple rehabilitation can improve the abnormal movement of the children's posture. The curative effect of strengthening the spleen and benefiting the kidney and the combination of the rehabilitation therapy is superior to that of the simple rehabilitation therapy; The invention has the advantages of strengthening the spleen and benefiting the kidney, and combining the rehabilitation treatment in the three aspects of improving the supine, turning-over and standing capacity of the child, and has the advantages of improving the kneeling, standing, walking, running and jumping ability.
