【摘要】：目的:以復(fù)方雙花顆粒為對照組,觀察金葉敗毒顆粒治療風(fēng)溫肺熱病熱在肺衛(wèi)證的治療效果,并對其安全性進(jìn)行統(tǒng)計分析。方法:對2014年12月至2015年間12月之間于山東省中醫(yī)院門診就診并診斷為風(fēng)溫肺熱病(熱在肺衛(wèi)證)的患者進(jìn)行臨床實驗觀察。采用隨機分組,陽性藥物平行對照的設(shè)計方法,以復(fù)方雙花顆粒為對照,觀察金葉敗毒顆粒治療風(fēng)溫肺熱病(熱在肺衛(wèi)證)在退熱時間、癥狀體征的改善及對血液檢查結(jié)果的影響,以明確其有效性及安全性。結(jié)果:本課題共納入病例60例。(1)觀察組總數(shù)30例,其中痊愈19例,顯效5例,有效3例,無效3例,疾病總療效總有效率90%,對照組總數(shù)30例,痊愈18例,顯效6例,有效2例,無效4例,疾病總療效總有效率為86.7%,觀察組、對照組無顯著差異。(2)在試驗過程中,兩組病例均未出現(xiàn)不良反應(yīng),不良反應(yīng)發(fā)生率為0.00%。亦未出現(xiàn)對本藥過敏者,綜合分析檢驗結(jié)果,沒有明顯毒副作用。結(jié)論:金葉敗毒顆粒在臨床疾病總療效方面與復(fù)方雙花顆粒相當(dāng),金葉敗毒顆粒具有清熱解毒的作用,對風(fēng)溫肺熱病(邪在肺衛(wèi)證)的治療安全有效。
[Abstract]:Objective: to observe the efficacy of Jinye Baidu granule in treating febrile disease of wind and warm lung with Shuanghua granule as control group, and to analyze its safety statistically. Methods: from December 2014 to December 2015, the patients who were diagnosed as wind-warmed lung fever (febrile in the lung and Wei syndrome) in Shandong traditional Chinese medicine hospital were observed. The design method of randomized grouping and parallel control of positive drugs was used to observe the antipyretic time of Jinye Baidu granule in treating wind-warming lung febrile disease (heat in lung health syndrome) with compound Shuanghua granule as control. Improvement of symptoms and signs and effect on blood test results to determine its efficacy and safety. Results: 60 cases were included in this study. (1) there were 30 cases in the observation group, among which 19 cases were cured, 5 cases were effective, 3 cases were ineffective, the total effective rate of disease was 90%, control group (30 cases), cure (18 cases) and remarkable effect (6 cases). The total effective rate of the disease was 86.7. There was no significant difference between the observation group and the control group. (2) in the course of the experiment, there were no adverse reactions in both groups, and the incidence of adverse reactions was 0.007%. No allergy to the drug, comprehensive analysis of the test results, no obvious side effects. Conclusion: Jinye Baidu granule is the same as compound Shuanghua granule in the total curative effect of clinical disease. Jinye Baidu granule has the effect of clearing away heat and detoxifying, and is safe and effective in treating wind-warming lung heat disease (evil in lung health syndrome).
