【摘要】：目的分析針灸聯(lián)合加味八正散治療尿路感染并發(fā)急性尿潴留臨床療效。方法選擇2012年2月-2015年3月于醫(yī)院治療的89例尿路感染并發(fā)急性尿潴留患者為研究對(duì)象,隨機(jī)分為對(duì)照組44例和觀察組45例,對(duì)照組常規(guī)西醫(yī)治療,觀察組在對(duì)照組基礎(chǔ)上加用針灸聯(lián)合加味八正散治療,均治療兩周,觀察兩組患者的臨床療效,治療前后臨床癥狀評(píng)分和尿液相關(guān)指標(biāo)的變化并比較。結(jié)果對(duì)照組治療后小便頻數(shù)、排尿灼急、小便澀痛、乏力、腰酸痛、小腹墜脹評(píng)分均低于治療前(P0.05),觀察組治療后排尿灼急、小便澀痛、乏力、腰酸痛、小腹墜脹評(píng)分顯著優(yōu)于對(duì)照組(P0.05);兩組患者治療后,對(duì)照組治愈率36.36%、總有效率79.55%,觀察組治愈率48.89%、總有效率93.33%,觀察組治愈率和總有效率顯著高于對(duì)照組(P0.05);觀察組治療后尿沉渣白細(xì)胞數(shù)、中段尿培養(yǎng)細(xì)胞數(shù)分別為(20.13±6.80)個(gè)/HP、(1011.20±31.60)cfu/mL顯著優(yōu)于對(duì)照組(46.40±10.20)個(gè)/HP、(1321.30±45.60)cfu/mL(P0.05)。結(jié)論針灸聯(lián)合加味八正散可有效改善尿路感染并發(fā)急性尿潴留患者的臨床癥狀,提高臨床療效。
[Abstract]:Objective to analyze the clinical effect of acupuncture and moxibustion combined with Jiawei Bazheng Powder in the treatment of urinary tract infection complicated with acute urinary retention. Methods from February 2012 to March 2015, 89 patients with urinary tract infection complicated with acute urinary retention were randomly divided into control group (n = 44) and observation group (n = 45). The observation group was treated with acupuncture and moxibustion plus Jiawei Bazheng Powder for two weeks on the basis of the control group. The clinical curative effect, clinical symptom score and urine related index before and after treatment were observed and compared between the two groups. Results the frequency of urination, urination irritation, urination acerbity, fatigue, lumbar soreness, lower abdominal distension score were lower in the control group than before treatment (P0.05), while in the observation group, urination urgency, urination acerbity, fatigue, lumbar soreness after treatment were lower than those before treatment (P0.05). The score of abdominal distension was significantly better than that of the control group (P0.05). After treatment, the cure rate of the control group was 36.36 and the total effective rate was 79.55. The cure rate of the observation group was 48.89 and the total effective rate was 93.33. The cure rate and the total effective rate in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group (P0.05). The number of leukocytes in urine sediment and the number of cultured cells in urine in the observation group after treatment were (20.13 鹵6.80) / HP, (1011.20 鹵31.60) cfu/mL, respectively, which were significantly higher than those in the control group (46.40 鹵10.20) / HP,. (1321.30 鹵45.60) cfu/mL (P0.05). Conclusion Acupuncture and moxibustion combined with Jiawei Bazheng Powder can effectively improve the clinical symptoms and clinical efficacy of patients with acute urinary retention complicated with urinary tract infection.
